Disappointed
When this machine came it was so attractive on our small counter space! Unfortunately after several attempts to create an espresso the steam handle never came up to correct temperature and all was like warm. Watched videos of troubleshooting to no avail. Very disappointed .Cleaned it up, boxed it up and sent it back.

This machine makes great Expresso. Very easy to follow instructions and the user manual provides great troubleshooting instructions. I also like the milk frothing function. This is so much better than my old one which lasted for less than a year. Just hope this one will last longer.
