Excellent Cold Brew and so easy
I make my own cold brew with decaf coffee because she canât find that in any of the coffee shops and I drink a lot of cold brew, but donât need all the caffeine. This is my second cold brew maker, the first one was Instant. This one is much better and quicker! I highly recommend it

Very good product.
This is by far, the best cold brew machine at home for the price. I was skeptical with some of reviews that said itâs makes âlightâ coffee and tastes âdifferentâ. But let me tell you that for my experience with it, itâs excellent.Iâm a coffee lover and this product makes good bold and strong cold brew and it tastes great. Iâm not sure why some reviews mention that itâs weak. Maybe they didnât follow the instructions how to use it correctly or maybe they use a wrong type of roast coffee. I use dark roast beans and fresh ground them before brewing and when brew in âextra boldâ mode itâs produced a very bold and rich aroma coffee. Make sure you follow instructions to clean it before first brew. Try a different roast level and see which one works best for your taste. Totally recommend this product.

Do yourself a favor and buy this already!
I was skeptical when I came across this device, that it could actually make cold brew without the overnight âsteepingâ in the refrigerator. But lo and behold, the Vinci knows no boundaries! This is some of the best coffee I have ever had. The coffee is bursting with flavor, and very low acid. Crisp, clean and cold in 5-8 minutes for my light brew. From what Iâve read it would be about 20 minutes for the highest setting – âextra boldâ. And I love watching my cream mix with the cold brew. I got a coffee grinder with a coarse grind setting and just buy whole beans. Which is a little cheaper than buying special bags of cold brew coffee beans, and opens up a whole world of coffee flavor options. It does take a lot of coffee to brew. But you end up with a whole carafe of coffee that can be stored in the fridge in its lovely glass carafe. I would buy this a thousand times over. I am so happy with this coffee maker! Easy prep and clean up. But you do need to clean it out right away if you donât want to clog it up. I will meticulously pamper this device until it dies, and then I will buy another. Vive le café!

A bit pricey for only 3 months use
This looked like a quick and easy way to make cold brew coffee until it wasnât. The coffee it made was not as strong as the typical overnight cold brew but I would run it for three cycles and it was fine. Then after 3 months it just stopped working. I contacted Vinci and was told to take a video of it not working when pressing the on button. After sending it, Vinci sent me a label to send it back and then they would send me a replacement. Fine, except I commute 4+ hours a day, now without coffee, and Iâm not inclined to rush out on Saturday morning to find a box for the return and get to the post office before they close. Would it be too much to ask to have Vinci send me a replacement asap so I could have morning commute coffee and have a box to return the failed product in? Apparently. I will be buying a new cold brew maker so I can have coffee without jumping through Vinci hoops to get it. And, it wonât be a Vinci.

Nice cold brew pot …
Update…The motor finally broke. I could hear it and I did try to clean out everything to allow flow. Nope, it is broken. I cannot say I used it alot. In fact I only used it three or four times a month. I definitely followed directions. So I did have a professional electrician look and test. I watched him take it apart easily. Very sad. I though it was tiny grains getting stuck. The motor itself could not pump. what I heard was the motor. It just did not move. It made hum only. It tried to work. It just wasn’t pumping like how it should have. When I first purchased…When I first viewed this cold brew pot, the thing that attracted me is the easy of use in making cold brew rather than doing the refrigerator thing. I use to put coffee grounds in a container with filtered water and close it up, shake it, then put it in the fridge. After 24 hours you get a cold brew. I would then strain it into another container where I could keep in the fridge for me to drink over a period of time. The one thing I hated was waiting. This little machine does the trick, until you place tiny grinds inside, which it tells you to avoid doing in the manual. If you grind your own beans and then start spooning in the grinds, you may get small particles that get stuck in the filter (blocks your filter screen). Whether I use grounds or make my own, I have to strain it to get small particles out so I can put into the filter. This allows for good water flow. So I make an extra bold brew with just tap water, as instructions say to do. It really does taste like what would take 24 hrs. I don’t like make it sit like my friends do as it does not make the taste any better. So, you get a lot of the bitterness from the roast, so be careful in choosing your roast level, and the richness of the coffee bean flavor. It is not give the bite of an acidic coffee, which is the purpose of cold brew. This is not like what you get from other smooth coffees I’ve tried in the past, rather, it is much more shocking in flavor than the smoother ones. I suppose you’d have to get the same bean and roast as what you want to compare it to. Overall, this is still smoother than a regular cup of ground coffee. The balance of cream and sugar is arguable, but for the sake of mentioning it here, I would say the cream and sugar makes the flavor stand out in richness, like a milk chocolate candy. If you drink it black, it is dark chocolate like with the right roast. Choose a flavor of roast you like and compare with a regular cup of that same roast. I did so with Yuban and a strong decaf. Both had mixed results but I have to admit that the consistency is/was the richness of the roast I chose. The acid levels/smoothness/mix with cream/mix with sugar/mix with sugar and cream, the only thing that spoke out to me is that richness. If you do a light brew, you may as well drink black tea. Also, as a big warning, use the freshest roast you can and grind it only before you brew. Keep your beans air tight and in a dark bag. Do not freeze. Your coffee will come out more consistent in flavor every time. The older your beans, talking about 1 to 2 weeks old, you will start noticing a flavor difference and the smell won’t be as strong. In fact if kept wrong, you will get more of a mushroom smell meaning the fungus is settling in on the beans.

Coffee tastes great!
Disclaimer – I have only used this about a week (3 brews). I do love it though. Coffee tastes great and overall it is an easy enough setup. There are definitely faster ways to get cold brew, but I have tried several and this is by far the best tasting. Additionally, the product seems to be high quality and well made. To me it was definitely worth the price.

Delicious
I’ve been using an over-night cold seep system but am always disappointed because the bottom 25% of the drink is harsh with sediment. This system eliminates that issue and makes delicious cold coffee quickly and with easy clean up. I love this guy.

This is super easy to use, but the result no matter how you make it is super weak coffee. No work around. I was disappointed but if you like light coffee this is a good product as its very easy to use and clean. I personally don’t believe it was a good value for the money spend.

Like many others, I have been making my cold brew by stewing it over night. Which is great, but if you have guests, or are on a coffee bender, then you quickly drink it all, and have to drop back to making coffee the regular way.I spotted the Vinci though, and thought it was a great way to fill the gap. All the lovely cold brew taste, but in minutes, not hours.I’ve used it a handful of times now, and the coffee that it makes is genuinely great. No problems there. But the design of the machine means that prepping then cleaning up is a horrible messy process. Coffee, water and grounds everywhere. And the convenience of the quick brew, just doesn’t offset the cleaning grief.I’ll be going back to the regular cold brew pot.Edit: I used it probably a dozen times before mothballing it. And today, a few months later, I fancied an espresso martini, so dug it out to try. And it was broken (motor running, nothing pumped). Not great.
