Sturdy and solid
I ordered the 16 oz size hopeful that it will work with scooping charcoal briskets out of my upright Kingsford charcoal container. The last scoop I had was a metal one and the handle finally broke off so needed a replacement. Originally I thought the 16 oz scooper might be too small but I was wrong. Itâs almost a perfect size and fits inside the charcoal container, which was what I wanted. The scoop itself is comfortable and easy to hold. The material itâs made of seems to be very sturdy and feels like it will last a long time. I donât like dumping the briskets out and prefer to scoop them out so this thing performs exactly as I envisioned so Iâm back to BBQing and not making a mess of my hands since the scoop helps keep my hands from getting caked with charcoal soot.
