So far so good we’ve filled and used it about 6 times so much nicer than having to go out and buy coffee it’s probably paid for itself already if you like nitro coffee get one just watch out for the drip give it a shake before you put the cap back on after getting a cup.

Buyer beware: seller will not cover return shipping costs for defective units.
I tried to return a defective unit that leaks and doesnât hold pressure, and the seller will not cover return shipping. This is costing me $20 to return this heavy defective unit.EDIT: the seller is now calling my cellphone claiming to be Amazon support, stating that I didnât add photos or video of the problem. When I asked how I was supposed to capture a photo or video of a slow leak, they rudely hung up on me.

Its great… To stop it from leaking take the tap apart and remove the metal shaving that is stopping the ball valve from closing properly after that you should be good just remember when done to make sure you empty the little bit left in the tap… great and friendly company to do business with …

Leaks
Faucet came missing a gasket. Due to this, will only serve one glass per cartridge and needs a paper towel under it to catch leaks.

Doesnt hold nitrogen well
Not sure if i have a defective one or not, but the keg doesnt hold the nitrogen well at all. Youll get one cup that has a small amount of nitrogen in it, and the rest of the cups are like regular cold brew. Disappointing.

Love it!! Stock up on nitro cartridges.
Comes with everything you need except the nitrogen cartridges. Does have all the brushes and great detail instructions to use correctly. I wouldnât recommend leaving it charged and in the refrigerator because itâll leak a little. Great product otherwise

Doesnât pressurize enough and handle was broken. When contacting the company they wanted me to pay for the return. Now left with a broken coffee maker and out $$. Not very happy.
