USAGE
Take out all the components of the enema kit from the package and assemble it as per the instructions booklet provided with it. Rinse the enema bucket with warm water before using it for the very first time.Place the enema bucket at an appropriate height. Fill the enema bucket with your choice of enema solution, but make sure that the pinch clamp is closed when you do so. Lie down in a suitable position, apply lubricant and insert the nozzle for about 3 inches. Allow the solution to flow in, hold it and then evacuate. After the procedure, clean and store the enema kit as specified.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Disassemble the enema kit. Separate the tubing from the bucket and the tip from the tubing. Wipe off any fluids visible on the outside of the bucket or tubing. Thoroughly wash each component of the enema kit with a solution of warm water and soap. Rinse the bucket and other components under running water.Air-dry all the components of the enema kit until they are completely dry (at least 8-10 hours). Store the enema kit safely in a clean and dry place. It is crucial to get the components completely dry or mold may start growing on your kit.
NOTE
Children, pregnant women and people with serious gastrointestinal diseases are advised not to use it. To avoid any discomfort, always use a lubricant such as Vaseline or coconut oil on the nozzle. Stop the procedure immediately if you experience any discomfort.If you are new to enema, try not to go for a higher volume enema instantly. Also, allow the enema solution to enter the body slowly and steadily.

Great Money-Saving Kit!
Haven’t used the thin colon tube, or the longer nozzle yet, but everything else is superb! I’ve used it 1-2x/day and it’s so easy t use and clean. I am very satisfied with this, and really glad I didn’t waste a ton of money on the ridiculously expensive ones, when this one is PERFECT! I also like the clamp a lot…it works perfectly, and isn’t cheap and easily broken like the slide style clamps I’ve used in the past. I would definitely recommend this, as well as buy again if I ever were to need to!

All components are of quality here. I may however suggest two things to make it a total 5-star product:1) smooth & polish the edge of the straight nozzle so that insertion does not cause any scraping of the body2) provide a stainless steel hook rather than the plastic one which gets worn from the steel bucket when usedThe silicon hose here provides an easier more flexible use to the kit vs. the plastic one included in other kits. The hose is of the proper length too which accommodates various locations for use. Those of you who are looking at this already know the importance of gut health or have recently learned it as have I. You will find this kit to suit your needs and one that is worth having around for regular maintenance of your body.

This is perfect even if this is your first time using one that is large volume. Before purchasing I was actually not so sure on how to set up and use, but this comes with a great and easy to understand instruction book! The metal is easy to clean as well as the tubing. Great quality and very durable! I love that this is easy to keep sanitary and that it is so well constructed. I was tired of buying plastic enema kits every month or so. This one should last quite a while! Good flow and comfortable tube. Very pleased!

Stainless container is pretty thin and quality is not near as good as the other one we own. Also, there is a gasket used to seal the drain hole that must have some adhesive or chemical on it. When not in use we leave reverse osmosis water with a few tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide in the container and hose (to eliminate bacteria growth) and around the gasket gets slimy and sticky. Also, the tips that come with the unit are hard plastic and not comfortable whatsoever. I would not order again. Order the seeking health Pure Enema kit……WAY better.

I am writing on my boyfriend’s Amazon haha…The quality surprised me. I needed a new one and literally 2 days before this I got a smaller super low quality one that looked metal plated like cheap jewelry! Omg and the worst hose hook up… Like you couldn’t get it off again to wash. No. This one is nice and big so no spilling. Comes w a storage bag, a Mat to lay on and hose attachments. Sooooooo worth it! It’s your health. Don’t mess w low quality metal or paint !!!

This is so hard to use. The liquid gets stuck in the tube, creates air bubbles, then i have to fidgit with it, which is not something I want to be doing while Im trying to relax doing an enema! I know its a much healthier option compared to toxic bags, so i continue to use it, but i would highly recommend another brand, even if its more costly. This one is awful.
