This coffee is good quality, and was clearly designed for the purpose on the package. As always, please be careful when using coffee (or anything else, for that matter) for the purpose of enema!I donât know as though Iâd recommend using this coffee for standard coffee use, but that isnât what the coffee is advertised for anyway.

Healthy option for detox
I’ve been doing detox by enema for several years now. When I feel recurrent constipation, bloating and headache or migraine I know is time for detox. The enemas with organic coffee is the way to go for a more healthy experience in colon cleansing, detox and improve gut health. This bag of organic coffee medium roast makes the job. Following the instructions is very easy to use. Just boil the coffee in distilled water, strain and let it cool to template temperature or add more cold water to accelerate the process.

Good quality organic coffee for enemas
I see that some people ordered this Enema Coffee as a gag gift, but coffee enemas have been used for pain management, shock, poison, and postoperatively since World War I.They were even included in the Merck Manual of Diagnosis and Treatment until 1966, when big pharma stepped in.I’ve been using them for decades for migraines, as they are the only treatment that gives me any relief. I do a cleansing enema first, with about 2 1/2 quarts of water, and two tablespoons of lemon juice, followed by an organic coffee enema.There are thorough instructions online that walk you through the process. It’s important to use clean pans and utensils, either reverse osmosis or distilled water, and a clean enema bag. And very important to use organic coffee, as non-organic is heavily sprayed with chemicals.This Squatty Potty Enema Coffee is a good quality coffee. It’s certified organic by the Washington State Dept. of Agriculture, and doesn’t expire for 15 months.I’ve used it a few times, and it works just as well as the previous brand I was using. Highly recommended.
