Great cocktail syrup!
Granted, I have a monthly paid subscription with Shaker & Spoon, but please note that I wasn’t compensated for writing this review. I pay THEM for a yearly cocktail subscription.I was excited that some of Shaker & Spoon’s syrups were finally available outside my subscription! This is wonderful because then others can try these delicious syrups without having to sign up for a Shaker & Spoon subscription. These guys are a small business in NYC, and they work with talented bartenders (some of whom you might have seen competing on the show Drink Masters!) and other small local businesses to create delicious syrups so that you can make drinks at home without having to have a whole bunch of ingredients. They do all the work for you!!That being said, this syrup is perfect for espresso martinis! You can use this to make mocktinis or use the alcohol of your choosing. The possibilities are endless. Myself, I make an espresso martini with gin, this syrup, and a little tonic. Given there is enough in this bottle for 48 cocktails, you can DIY some other drinks in your home bar and come up with new faves, which I plan to do!I’m excited to try more of the syrups, as they are not always available (popular syrups sell out fast) when buying through Shaker & Spoon’s Make More Store, and as with this particular syrup, it was not even available before. You might think “Wow, that’s a lot to pay for a bottle of drink syrup”. However, this bottle in particular is enough for FORTY EIGHT drinks. So let’s say the espresso martini you buy in your local establishment is $5 (obviously, they cost more than that), so 48 of them would be $240. This is a great deal, not to mention now you can make fancy espresso martinis at HOME, whenever you want. :)Please note that while there isn’t a plastic seal over the cap, it IS sealed. Sometimes, the S&S caps are on EXTRA tight, and since it is a syrup, you may have to run warm/hot water over the cap prior to opening.10/10 will buy this syrup again.

So good I don’t care about cost
Not the strongest but it has a really great medium/medium-dark flavor. Classy, refined, comes to mind. Best liquid/powder I’ve tasted. Nothing beats real fresh brewed Italian roast, though, does it.

Coffee flavor not cherry
This is not Cherry Vanilla coffee syrup. This is cherry vanilla coffee flavored syrup. Not what I wanted.

Matcha flavor!
This matcha syrup is so versatile, perfect for making unique mixed drinks or fancy coffees, it’s even very tasty in a cup of green tea or to pump up the flavor in a matcha latte. I’ve never come across a matcha flavored syrup before, so it was a welcome addition to my vast selection of Syrup varieties on my coffee cart.It seems to be a high-quality syrup, with a nice depth of flavor. I do wish it came with a pump top since it is a non-standard sized bottle and my other pumps do not fit.This particular bottle did arrive in tact with no leakage, which was a pleasant surprise since two other bottles of other flavors from this same company did not arrive at all because of leaking issues. It is a bit on the pricier side, only 16 ounces for $25 at the time of this review.

This is so good! I use it in my coffee and tea. It has great flavor, and with no chemicals! It is pricey, but its worth it. I just ordered another one.

Not what I had hoped.
I hoped adding this to my coffee would give it that extra flavor of espresso. However, itâs SO sweet, you canât get enough espresso flavor without making your coffee taste like your drinking syrup. Iâm sure it has its uses but it doesnât work for what I bought it for and itâs very pricey.

Soooo delicious, cherry vanilla iced latte ð, I mixed 1 oz of the syrup w/ 2 shots espresso and milk so freaking good, even better with cold foam. Itâs a big bottle and great ingredients, itâs going to last a while. So glad I tried it, totally worth the price for quality. This is my second flavor from this brand I only use them in coffee and there always delicious.
