My very favorite decaf coffee
I really enjoy the dark chocolate and caramel notes in this extremely low acid decaf coffee from Peak State. I have been through all the top selling decafs and this one is by far my favorite. There is no bitterness, no acidic taste or resulting stomach issues and the smoothness and flavor are top shelf. You don’t smell or taste the mushroom extract but drinking this coffee has definitely improved my focus and natural energy levels. I have a heart issue so decaf is the only type of coffee I can enjoy, there is not enough caffeine in this coffee to ever trigger my heart, even when I enjoy two cups on some mornings. I’m so happy to have found this delicious swiss water processed whole bean coffee.

Love this coffee!
This coffee came recommended from a vlogger on Instagram that I follow. I was looking for a coffee that was healthier and didn’t send me to the bathroom as much. This coffee is great! It has a nice flavor profile. I do drink mine with a little milk and sugar, but I tried it black before adding. I have purchased several bags now as this has become my daily drinker. FYI Sprouts now carries this brand, and sometimes at a lower price, so you don’t have to wait to have it shipped and case save a couple $!

Item was sent with an opening in the top left corner. Beans were spilled out everywhere. Its good coffee but faulty packaging. Looks like seal came undone. So the coffee is not fresh. Also the item is ânon returnableâ. Can you replace this bag please?

My go-to coffee bean for the past 2 yrs
In short, this is the coffee that made me fall in love with coffee. I started grinding my own beans and making pour over coffees shortly before meeting Danny and Carl (the founders of Peak State) in Boulder, CO. We were all renting office space in the same building, and over my year-long lease I had the privilege of watching them grow their business, making principled, sustainable choices all along the way, but also had the pleasure of sampling their wares as they tweaked their formula to perfection. The medium roast in particular is everything I could ask for in a coffee bean: sustainably grown and sourced, low acid so it never upsets my stomach. The flavor is consistent, subtle, and well-balanced. Even the packaging is thoughtfully chosen to have as little environmental impact as possible. And to top it off, each time I buy a new bag I know I’m not only getting an amazing product, but I’m also supporting a business that aligns with my core values and is run by two of the most outstanding young men I’ve had the good fortune to have known. Great Coffee but higher in caffeine than expected
I like the smoothness of this coffee and the calm feeling it gives me after drinking it. I tried to get some sleep after drinking it but the caffeine would not let me. It gave me sustainable energy throughout my workday and carried me through. The taste Is delicious and the quality is good.People who are sensitive to caffeine need to be careful because it might not be what you are looking for. I couldn’t sleep a wink after drinking this coffee no matter how hard I tried.I like the coffee and I will be using it but I’m not sure if I will purchase it again.I’m looking for a lower caffeine content mushroom coffee. The value for the money was good.

This Coffee Tastes Great!
I ordered some Peak State coffee after seeing them at a Farmer’s Market near Denver. Their coffee tastes amazing! I’ve tried other mushroom coffee products and they all taste like mushrooms and Peak State has solved that problem. Peak State isn’t bitter either which I love. Keeps me focused and non jittery throughout my morning will continue to buy and tell everyone I know!
