Customers say

Customers find these coffee filters suitable for their coffee makers and drip coffee makers. They work well for normal ground coffee, especially in the Bunn filter basket. Many consider them a good value for money, as they are sturdy and less prone to tear than Melita filters. The filters also help prevent coffee grounds from entering the coffee pot. However, opinions differ on whether the filters are better than using a coffee filter bag.

    Tall filters that work!
If you have a Bunn coffee maker these filters are a must. The filters are taller preventing the coffee grinds from dripping into your carafe.Pros:Taller filters preventing coffee grinds on coffeeNice and thick to prevent breakageNo chemical taste even though they are whiteCons:They could be a tad cheaper-most filter cost lessThese filters are worth the price in my book. I have tried other brands and they just do not work with my Bunn. Bunn coffee makers spray out the water at a fast rate causing the water to fill up fast in the filter. If you have too short of filter it will leak or get grinds into your carafe, making these filters you best option. These filter are awesome I have used them over and over again for the past 2 years without any problems.

    Lesson Learned
We’ve been using the generic paper filters from the wholesale box store for our Bunn coffee maker which I LOVE. Every time I wanted to make 7-10 cups of coffee in it, the ground beans would overflow on the side walls and make it’s way down to the actually brew. Annoying. I had a solution: use one filter as usual, fill it with beans then cover a second filter to prevent a splash and overfill. One day, I saw the Bunn paper filters on Amazon and decided to try these out thinking it’s made for my Bunn unit. I’m glad I did.The height of this filter is higher and the paper is thicker. 3 lessons learned:1. No more wasting additional time going through my daily work-around to prevent grounded beans in my cup of coffee.2. Coffee tastes So much better with these quality filter. It has to do with the quality of the paper.3. No wasting additional money using 2 paper filters and you use LESS BEANS for the quantity I make every time. Yes, I’ve been loosing money and sacrificing taste ALL these years!I’ve learned my lesson. Starting off 2018 on a positive note!

Great! Taller size and NO grounds in coffee!
For some reason — probably manufactors cutting corners to save a few pennies — the coffee filters have gotten shorter in height and IF the coffee pot puts water into the coffee filter faster than it can drain through the coffee/filter, then the water/coffee overflows and grounds end up in the carafe. All the stores I visited sold the shorter filters, including AMAZON! I have hundreds of them! BUT with a lot of searching on AMAZON, I found these taller filters and bought some to try — to see IF that took care of our grounds-in-the-coffee problem. IT DID! I’ll be buying more of this brand as needed!

    Large size
Our coffee make has a deep filter holder and regular coffee filters are difficult to get out. These filters fit great and I don’t have to be concerned about spilling coffee grounds or getting grounds all over my fingers.

Good filters well worth the money and great for Bunn coffee makers.
These filters are higher than most filters helping to keep coffee grounds from overflowing. They could be designed another half inch higher to the top of the plastic basket. The only issue is that Bunn packs these so tightly the filters are hard to separate from each other.

The only filter to use in Bunn Coffee makers
If you own a Bunn coffee maker, you know that not all filters will fit well, leaving you with grounds in your coffee and the occassional overflow from the basket. I tried store brands in my maker but had trouble with them all. I have a velocity Bunn maker and it makes coffee very fast. Therefore, the basket fills with water quickly and would easily exceed the height of standard filters. I grind my coffee very fine to get all of the oils and flavors of the beans. This makes it easy for the grounds to seep over the sides of standard filters. If you are having the same problems, these filters are your answer! They didn’t seem any taller when I first opened them, but comparing side to side with a standard filter, that extra 1/2 inch in height makes all the difference. No more overflows or grounds in my coffee! As others have commented, the filters sometimes stick together and are ahrd to separate, but it really isn’t a big deal. Just blow on the edge and they will separate. The price is decent for the product as well. I have used them for over a month now and have not had any problems.

Best Filter for my Black and Decker
These filters are so much better than the usual fare on supermarket shelves. They fit my 12 cup Black and Decker coffee maker perfectly. The quality of the paper is better, the size is ample, and they are sturdy so the walls don’t collapse and create a mess of overflowing coffee grounds. (I loved them so much I bought enough to last a couple years) I’m like Monk – if I like something I buy plenty of backups.
