Well made and the size is perfect for my use. It has been washed in the dishwasher about 20 times and shows no signs of issues.My latte art skills are lacking, but this did improve my game compared to the standard one supplied with a breville.

Quality control is lacking
First off, Normcore products are generally excellent and very well made. They cost more, because they are superior materials and quality. I think I got a lemon, because my little pitcher has some external issues with the coating where the handle meets the body of the pitcher. The pitcher itself functionally has no flaws. I love the ounces marker on the inside, so you know how much milk you’re pouring. Luckily the issues on the outside are positioned such as I don’t hold the damaged area, because if they were this would be uncomfortable to hold.Usually Normcore is a safe bet, I have several of their products and I think it really is just quality control slipped up on this one.

Good pitcher, large enough to swirl the milk after heating without it spilling and the tip is fine enough for fine latte art!
