Very Tight Seal
Itâs surprisingly useful. Resealing snack bags to keep them fresh has been very easy. The cutter is convenient for opening packages, and itâs simple to useâjust press and slide to seal. The compact size and magnetic base make it easy to stick to the fridge. Compared to a previous one I had the sealing is a bit deeper and feels safer.

Very useful little product
We love ours and got this one as a gift for my sister. It is a cool little tool. When we are done with a bag, it is nice to be able to seal it closed and keep the contents fresh. One big difference with this one from the one we have is that it has a rechargeable battery. That is much more convenient that having to replace the batteries on the one we have. One of the best things about it is the magnet so it can easily be stored nearby.

UPDATE: Neither work now (after only a few uses). Changing 2-star rating to 1-star.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought 2. One only worked once and stopped. The other one works. It does take some practice to get a steady seal without gaps and without burning a hole through. Sealing over the seam in the bag is tricky. Getting the seal to the edge without a gap takes multiple criss-cross swipes.It probably seals better than a clip, but it is not air tight or water proof. You won’t be vacuum sealing tomato sauce! Some bags give off a strong “burning plastic” smell.Honestly, a clip is faster and easier. I prefer a medium size binder clip (the kind in office supplies); stays secure, fast to use, does not require charging.

Works pretty good. Has a magnet on the back to hang on the fridge. Thought it would make a great work gift. Very light weight. Rechargeable so no waiting $ on batteries. Very easy to use. Said to start in the middle & go across but I just start on one side & go across them a little the other direction to make sure for a tight seal. Havenât refrozen anything yet so not sure how well it will stay sealed especially in the freezer.
