I love this keepsake box. I am using it for cards only right now. There is no lock, but I wasnât expecting one. The wood finish color is beautiful. It has a nice weight to it and it is sturdy and durable. I think this would make a beautiful gift.

Bigger than I expected, made from good wood.
I really like the size of this box, I was expecting smaller but thats my fault for not understanding measurements. The only thing wrong with this box is that it doesnt stay closed. When you attempt to close the box, it springs open and stays open about half an inch. Maybe because the hinge wasnt placed properly or the hinge needs oil? It still can be used. I just put something ontop of it. Too bad, would have liked if it stayed all the way closed. Still a nice box and good craftsmanship.

Small, but pretty! I store my husbandâs diabetic vials and his small necessities in this decorative wooden box on my kitchen counter for his convenience. Plus itâs nice to look at for myself and company!

Just as described – great little box!
Perfect little box for sitting on side table; hides two remotes, reading glasses, pen, post-it note pad and nail file. Purchased the medium size, burnt mango wood. It is not a dark color, just looks weathered. Couldn’t be more pleased with it.

Insect inside wood burrowed out after one year
Hi, so I loved this product. I kept it in my bathroom on a shelf to store make up items. It fit perfectly and was very pretty however, one year later, I saw a small round hole on one of the sides of the box. Days before, I had noticed what looked like sawdust on the counter. Figuring there might be carpenter ants or something. I looked everywhere on the wooden shelves and in the walls of that bathroom right above the pile of sawdust and finding nothing I left the issue alone for a day. The next day, a larger pile of sawdust appeared, and I noticed a perfectly round hole on the side of this box. so something was hatching in there and it took a year to come out. I immediately sealed up the box and threw it in the trash. This is unfortunate because it was really pretty and it served its purpose, but just a warning to anyone whoâs thinking of buying this, Donât!

The quality of the box is not bad but finish on the wood is of a much redder hue than shown on the photos…. which diminished the aesthetics since I’m looking more for a brown to match my furnishings
