Why the water flow is slower than it used to be?
The pipe may be blocked a bit, please try descaling the machine, regular descaling will extend its service life.
How to descale the machine?
Long press the start button for 3 second until the red indicator starts flashing, it is in descale mode. Fill mixture of vinegar and water, and start descaling.
Why there are coffee grounds in my cup?
When brewing with K cup capsule, please use K cup capsules with filter mesh inside. If you are brewing ground coffee, use coarse-grind ground coffee.
Why the coffee spilt out from the top?
The capsule hadn’t been punctured through, please use standard K cup coffee capsule and check the K cup holder to see if the puncture needle there.

Great coffee!
This is best purchase I’ve made in awhile. Chose this one because it was white and loved the look. It works great, HOT, fast, compatible with all the pods. Small so fits in small area, easy to use, and very sleek and nice looking. Wouldn’t definitely recommend and purchase again! Much cheaper than some of the other brands and works just as well.

Exploded
After a couple weeks, it exploded. Iâd just save your money. It worked perfectly the first month, but it exploded out of no where today. Iâve been using it the same since Iâve purchased it. I used the same K-cup attachment, the same k-cups, and up to the same water line each time (never going over the max). Wish I could get my money back! Save your money and just get the Keurig! Iâll have to buy one anyways after this..

Happy as a coffee bean
I had to replace an old Keurig K-cup coffee maker that wore out after years of use. I was going to replace it with the same one when I came across this one. It does the same job but for about half the price. It’s also a little smaller which is good since it’s going in an RV with limited counter space. I’ve brewed a few cups of coffee and so far it works just fine. It brews quick and it’s very hot.

Fast and hot! Great machine!
Coffee is very hot, like it should be. And machine is fast and neat. You can easily use your own coffee blend, bypassing the pods, as long as you remember to use the holders provided specifically for this machine. My only complaint is the short âsafetyâ cord which limits where I can plug it in. Better than any Keureg I ever used – and a lot cheaper!

Does the job
For the price Iâm happy with it! I love that itâs so compact. It’s a little loud, but itâs FAST so itâs over quick. Not as fancy as some of the name brand options, but honestly it makes the same cup of coffee so I think itâs worth the savings. My only complaint is that the little pod holder area gets really dirty. The container things donât really help, but I just pour hot water through it and clean it with a q-tip every so often.
