I was so nervous how it was going to turn out or the quality of the product.Upon receiving it I took a peak before wrapping the item for a gift for my boyfriend.IT TURNED OUT AMAZING!! Picture quality is terrible
When customizing, the picture shows it clear and bright. But what I received is a dull picture, that looks blurry and the neon colours on my kids clothes are not vibrant anymore. I am incredibly disappointed in this Christmas present ordered for their grandfather and will look at finding someone else to remake what I ordered.

Got this as a gift for Fatherâs Day for my sonâs Grand Father and I love it. The glass is really thick and you can tell itâs good quality. The photo is nice a clear as well. I love it, canât wait for him to see it!!

Faint print , not as cool as it looks on the site .
I bought this mug for Fatherâs Day on behalf of our 4 year old and dad turned out fairly satisfied .It was prepared and shipped incredibly fast, especially given the customizations too.I also do need to say that the quality of the mug is excellent , you wouldnât be able to tell that itâs indeed a novelty !Itâs very sturdy , nicely sized and thick .The reason for the lower score is because the picture that I requested be printed on it, is actually quite faint .Itâs not even nearly as vibrant and colorful, as the pics on Amazon ,would have you hope that you would get on your own product .My boyfriend was wondering if my pic was faint to begin with ?He was very surprised when he saw the actual original picture that was sent for the customization!!!It looks nothing like the faint graphics on the mug that we received , thatâs my only complaint.And we have not even yet washed it up , who knows if the picture will even be there at all after a couple of encounters with the Dawn master ?*shrugs*
