Nice single serve coffe maker
I got this for our office, and its been a big hit. Most of us here drink tea and on of my co-workers likes “loose” tea. So the basket attachment this comes with is good for that. The rest of us are using regular kcups and its been working great! Its extremely easy to use. Even my co-workers 5 year old knows how to put her cup in and choose the first size option. Our cups are perfect for the 6oz. The coffee maker comes with the option of choosing 6, 10, of 14 oz.After watching us use this a few times, her 5 year just needed us to put the kpod in and she did the rest!I like that its compact and doesn’t take up a lot of room. We have limited counter space for this. All in all this has so far been a great machine. Everyone is using it and loving the variety of drinks we now have.

A Compact, Convenient Personal Coffee Maker
This single coffee maker appears to be well designed and constructed. It takes up little counter space. It’s clear water reservoir holds enough water for two 14 oz cups of coffee. It is easy to monitor the reservoir water level and easy to remove and refill it. I love the selectable cup size from 6 oz to 14 oz to suit most needs. The control panel is easy to use, although the capacitive touch sensitive buttons take a little practice to actuate on the first touch. A warning light will indicate if the water reservoir runs dry.It is easy to use both methods for making coffee – the ground coffee basket with integral filter and the familiar K-cup coffee system. While the K-cup system produces more expensive coffee and is less ecologically sensitive, it is a great way to offer a selection of coffees for guests to choose from and requires virtually no clean up. One consideration using the K-cup system is that you cannot adjust the amount of coffee grounds used to modify coffee strength. I tried a 14 oz cup size and found the coffee weak to my taste. Using the 12 oz cup size produced a good cup of coffee. A smaller cup size will increase the coffee strength – at the cost of brewing a smaller cup of coffee. The more traditional basket drip system allows the maker to adjust strength by adjusting the amount of coffee grounds used, making a 14 oz strong coffee possible. But the basket can be more of a challenge to clean since it does not use a paper filter to contain the used coffee grounds. The brewing speed is rapid. The cup receptacle is large enough for a variety of coffee cups to be used. There is no heat element in the cup base and none is needed since only one cup is made at at time. This coffee maker is perfect for when a small number of guests drops by and no coffee has been made. The guests can be offered a variety of coffee flavors (assuming you are so prepared) and the cups quickly prepared to taste.

Gives you more then a others
This is a really nice single serve coffee maker. It already has a dual system where you can use one attachment for K-cups and others like them so no need to be scared you can not, and it also already has a coffee basket so if you have and like ground coffee you can put it in this basket and you do not need to have to purchase a separate basket like you do with other brands. Also another nice feature is that is will make pretty much any size coffee you want. I mean it has a buttons for small all the way up to 14 ounce drinks. other brands do not have that and was a big selling point to me as I like a big cup of tea sometimes at night, but with my old K machine I would have to run it 2 times to get 14 ounches. but with this only time. The only thing I can think of is I wish the water reservoir was bigger (I think its 40 ounces. and maybe on the side as its in the back. Other then that, its a really nice machine.

Compact and brews a decent cup of coffee, but the controls can have some issues
We were looking for a coffee maker that would work good on our road trips and would not be too bulky and that would fit easily into our lifestyle, this single-serve coffee machine caught my eye. One of the first things I loved was its compact sizeâitâs not bulky at all, making it perfect to pack up for road trips or camping. With our portable power supply, itâs easy to plug in to it and brew a fresh cup of coffee when weâre out on the campsite. The versatility is a big plus, too. Itâs rare to find a machine in this price and size range that works with both K-cups and ground coffee, and weâre definitely K-cup fans. It even offers multiple brew size optionsâmore than just the standard 2 or 3âso you can pick exactly how much coffee you want. That said, itâs not without its quirks. The 40 oz water reservoir feels a bit small, especially if youâre making larger cups of coffee. We can get our two large cups before needing to refill, which can be a hassle when others want some. Plus, the touch controls are a bit finicky and not as responsive as Iâd like. It could definitely be improved in that area, But, once you get it going, it does brew a decent cup of coffee.

Single serve coffee maker
I drink coffee, but my co-workers do not, so making a full pot of coffee is basically a waste. I can make a great pot, but a not-so-great quarter pot, that’s where this comes in handy. It holds enough water to make two large cups of coffee, which is perfect for me as I typically drink only one cup at work. I followed the instructions and washed it out well first, then ran several cups of water through it before brewing my first cup. That first cup turned out amazing. There are two separate inserts that go into the top, one for single-cup pods and one that has a built-in basket for regular ground coffee. I have both here, but opted for the ground coffee option. Perfect cup. Now I can safely make a cup of coffee without making an entire pot, and don’t have to worry about a half pot of old coffee sitting in the pot for a week and getting moldy! This makes your coffee directly into your cup. Easy to use, touch screen for your choice of pour sizes (6, 8, 10, 12, and 14 ounce pours). I did the 12 to add room for cold water, cream and sugar. The touchscreen is a little finicky, I had to press the power button several times for it to turn off, but finally got it.

setting pad is difficult
Saneen, I found this display setting very difficult to use. I would not recommend anyone purchase this brand & model. I got so tired trying to get turned on and then cup size set, that I went back to brew coffee.
