Customers say

Customers find the lid works well for 32oz tumblers, keeps drinks hot or cold for long periods, and is easy to clean. The quality receives mixed feedback, with some saying it’s solid while others report it breaking after one week. The fit, leak resistance, and closure difficulty also get mixed reviews – while some say it fits perfectly and keeps drinks from leaking, others find it too small, doesn’t maintain a good seal, and is hard to open and close.

    Perfect Replacement Lid!
This Hydroflask lid fits my travel mug perfectly! I was thrilled to find it after my original lid unfortunately melted in the bottom of the dishwasher. It’s a lifesaver—secure, durable, and exactly what I needed to bring my favorite travel mug back to life. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a reliable replacement!

    Perfect for my 40oz tumbler
Hydro Flask Press-In Lids Various – Tumbler and Coffee Mug Accessory, 0 fluid ounces ($9.95)My 40oz hydroflask tumbler comes with a plastic straw and I want to reduce my use and exposure to plastics so I replaced it with glass or stainless steel straws that I simply stuck in the middle. I searched for an alternative and was happy to find this. The lid does not match my pink tumbler but I am fine with that as it keeps my water cool and accommodates my straws of choice and can be closed off when not in use.. $10 is a little high just for a tumbler lid tho.

tight seal for 22oz Hydroflask tumbler
Seal: this is a nice, tight seal for the 22oz Hydroflask tumbler. It’s so tight that I can cover the hole with my finger and shake the hell out of this to mix my iced concoctions, then simply insert the straw part. Caution: it is so tight that if you fill it kinda near the top, you’ll splodge out your drink if you attempt to put on the lid with the straw already attached. As others have advised, put on the lid alone first so the air has someplace to escape, then insert the straw at the end. Et voila.Plastic straw replacement: out of curiosity, I tried inserting the straw that came with my off-brand double-walled thermoses that come in a two-pack from Costco (you know, the ones with the two different types of lids) and find that those fit perfectly.Fall test: I dropped it just once to date, and it didn’t break. BUT, it’s probably because my tumbler itself hit the concrete, not the top part. I suspect the ones that broke maybe took the brunt–either that or the little tab part that sticks out happened to hit the ground and sheared off at that point.

    Best lid going
I purchased this as a replacement for one I lost. I have a few of these. Also fits some other brands. Is NOT leakproof but isn’t designed to be. Is definitely splashproof. I like this style, design and material.

Great lid for coffee and tea drinkers, but it does leak a bit
It is great for me to use it on my 40 oz Hydroflask Travel Tumbler. Easy to use, easy to clean and the lock is fine. Sometimes it does leak so be careful when carrying it around and driving. Pretty durable and the look is fine.

    Awesome lid!
I have an old Hydro Flask, 32 oz Tumbler that I love to use, but it needed a new lid. The old lid was clunky and would spill whenever I tried to drink out of it from the edges. The lid also did not have a cover for the drinking spout. This one is great and so much better to use. It does not spill and you can open and close the lid unlike the other ones that they used to make. Love it! Plan to use it interchangeably with my 40 oz Hydro Flask Tumbler.

    Fits the way it should.
Lid fits my 20oz tumbler correctly – fits snuggly enough for no leaks, but still reasonable to remove and replace. The cover moves smoothly and stays in place to drink. Does it’s job properly so you don’t think about it until you see one that doesn’t.

This lid is worthless. I bought it to replace the original sip lid (not closing) I as got tired of toppling the tumbler over and having coffee spilled everywhere. This one has two holes, one can be closed with a slider, but a smaller one (i guess for vacuum break) still remains, rendering this lid absolutely not fit for purpose as advertised i.e. NOT leak proof. There must have been a warning about the second hole. As of keeping coffee warmer for longer with the closed slider, I haven’t measured the time vs temperature, but this lid is substantially thinner than the original sip lid, so I don’t think the closed slider will make much difference.

I actually bought this for my Ember mug as the one Ember sells is overpriced, breaks easy, and isn’t as good as this one overall. For anyone else with ember mugs, this will help keep your drinks warm for longer, and battery life running longer too as heat isn’t escaping as easily

I had the hydroflask all around tumbler 20oz and it fits perfectly!I cant say for the smaller size for sure because with the 20oz it’s already a little too tight.Glad i found it! makes drinking easier.

As the footage demonstrates, theHYDRO FLASK Medium Closeable Press-In Lid[CPLM001] fits snugly on the beautifulSTANLEY Adventure Stacking Beer Pint16oz tumbler even without the rubber gasket. With the (inverted or non-inverted) modded rubber gasket, the lid is held very securely in place, and it actually takes a bit of force to mount the lid fully, leaving no gaps, or to unmount it. The retail package states that the lid is neither leak-proof nor spill-proof. However, the lid could be called splash-resistant. Important to note, this modded lid does not work with a boiling/steaming hot beverage in the STANLEY tumbler because the heat causes the gasket to expand and eventually the lid to get unmounted, pushed out, pushed off. Yet for all other intents and purposes, i can highly recommend the modded lid to be used with the STANLEY tumbler: it provides a more comfortable drinking experience than the double lip (plastic+steel) of theKleen Kanteen Tumbler Lid, and with the slider closed, the beverage is given better insulation and containment. I must admit though that the slider requires good finger force to get going, is not very easy to operate, thus not suitable for small children imho.Btw a 100.00% leak-proof press-in lid would be insecure, holding a steaming hot or a carbonated beverage, because of the pressure build-up: to withstand such pressure, the lid and the vessel would have to come with threads (threaded screw-on lid!), but then you wouldn’t regard or use the vessel as solo tumbler or standalone glass anymore or would you. Bottom line is, all press-in lids on the market (YETI, KLEAN KANTEEN, HYDRO FLASK, STANLEY, etc) must have a vent hole. And that’s where the liquid would leak, given a rough ride in the car, see by the end of the footage.

Purchased this together with my flask so I can replace it depending on what I drink and where I use the flask. Love it!!
