Fun Dessert and Coffee Printpen!
I am absolutely loving my printpen! It is so fun and easy to use. I uploaded a file that I made in Adobe Express and it came out great! I have made a few cappuccinos with it and Iâm looking forward to my future creations with this! I can’t wait to use this for the holidays. You need to get one if you love to be creative!

Stops Working!
This item stopped working within months of purchase and after only a few uses. I have attempted to contact Tech Support at the manufacturer, and they responded at first asking for additional information, which we sent. It has now been ten days without a response from tech support and Amazon will do nothing to help since it is past the return time, but the product is still under warranty. This is unacceptable. They blamed it on damages during shipping.UPDATE: The company sent a new device, but this one does not work from day one. The company just seems to sell defective devices and should be banned from selling on Amazon and elsewhere.

A little bit finicky
It took me a while to learn to use it because to me, an old lady, the sequence of pressing buttons wasn’t obviously stated in the directions. You have to keep the print head very clean between uses. I’m using them to label empanadas. I need to build a jig to be efficient. I’ll post pictures after I am consistent. I’m having trouble printing in exactly the same spot all the time so some of my product is wonky. I wish I could upload my own font. Maybe you can? I haven’t found a way yet or written to the company. You can up load photos or drawings. They offer three colors of cartridges but it only prints one color at a time. It is rechargable. You have to use a phone ap. We will see how long the print cartridges last. It might become expensive depending upon number of uses. It has the potential to be awesome.

I have gotten this to make a big order of cookies. I asked the seller if there is a way they can get it to me sooner (the black ink was not prime) and they did!! It came faster than they promised. Itâs not super hard to use, yes, I ruined some cookies while learning the curve, but it was well worth it. I removed the ink (that was a bit harder as I broke a nail in the process) as I havenâs used it in a week, Iâm curious to see if it will perform the same when I have to use it again.So far, I give it 5 stars and highly recommend
