Iâve used it and like it
I like that it works and I can adjust grinder. If I move the adjuster like an eighth or sixteenth of an inchâsome substantial distanceâthere is a difference in coarseness. Iâve ground about two cups of sea salt in it and am quite happy with the result. It took me a few days while watching tv. Iâd shook, turned upside down, and gently tapped the grinder in order to shake salt when it paused grinding (ie shifted salt inside to facilitate grinding); worked like a charm. Because Iâm in a humid climate, and the sea salt is genuine, I dried the salt per Internet instructions, before grinding. Stored the grinder in a sealed plastic bag between grinding sessions to help keep it âdryâ. Have finished grinding so washed and dried thoroughly. Used the diagram on the box to know how to put it back together. BE CAREFUL not to lose small parts; I accounted for, searched, and found the tiny gasket inside the sink disposal unitâthank goodness, before running the disposal!

Grinders work great but the grain adjustment gets stuck
I bought these grinders for assault and pepper and so far I’m very happy with them. Being able to adjust the grain sizes for different meals is great and I really love it. I do find that one of the adjusters in one of the grinders sticks quite a bit. So once you get it adjusted it kind of stays there until you unscrew it all the way and screw it back again. Just be aware of that. The other grander you can adjust it any way you want and it works just fine so it might just be a flaw in that one and the minor one of that. Turning the grinder is very smooth and effortless so if you have arthritis these will not be an issue for you whatsoever. I’m very pleased with them.

I bought these because my friend recently introduced me to using peppercorn instead of ground pepper. There is a huge difference in flavor.I got these because the price was right. They seem easy to clean. You can adjust the courseness! I don’t know how well they will hold up because I just got them. But the base is glass and the top is stainless steel so I expect it to last a LONG time.

I had a set that was given to me. That look like these. They only lasted about three years. Tim will tell if these will last. One thing I have noticed, is the grind isn’t quite a fine as my other set. And yes I’ve tightened the ajustment.

After few days of usage. Some round rubber type of thing fell off from the cap and then the crushing isn’t happen. It just rotates like a free wheel.
