How did we get started?
Founded in 2013, we had a vision of bringing the cafe experience home, but without the clunky equipment. We launched our first product, Duo, on Kickstarter.
Which product put you on the map?
Our iconic Stagg Pour-Over Kettle in 2014. 2 years later launched Stagg EKG, which has become the gold standard of electric kettles, used by champion baristas & home brewers alike.

I love this electric vacuum canister
I have been using the manual pump version of Fellow’s Atmos vacuum canisters. While they are great to keep beans fresh, the fact that I had to twist the lid for 10-15 seconds each time I need to close the canisters, it takes time away from my busy mornings while I try to get my coffee ready.When I found out Fellow has this new electric vacuum canister, I immediately ordered one because I know it is going to make my life easier. It has been a joy to use since I received it and I ordered a second one for my decaf beans as well.With my morning espresso workflow, after I weighted my beans, I can close the electric lid, press its button, and I just need to put it away while it pump does the work. And then I immediately go back to grinding my beans and prepping my puck.One lesser known feature is, when it detects the vacuum is low, it will turn itself back on to get the canister sealed again. This is great when you go on vacation and the electric vacuum lid will keep your beans fresh. I love this!

Amazing Tech
These canisters are awesome! I bought two. One for my ground coffee and one for my unground coffee beans. I am traveling for work and these are well worth their weight which is not heavy at all. Unboxed them and charged them up. Each comes with a USB-A to USB-C cable/cord. The lid has all the electronics in them. The indicator lights let you know the status. Red charging. White open. Green sealed. The rubber seal becomes compressed once the air has been extracted. Retains the coffee aroma inside the canister. These come in all black or clear canisters. Iâm thinking of getting another one to store my cigars. Use it as a portable humidor. Great product and I would recommend it to anyone needing freshness while on the go. Great investment.

Operation couldnât be easier. Holds close to a pound of beans. We have found that even at the end of a pound of beans, they retain their glossy, oily appearance and all the aroma and flavor of fresh roasted beans.Highly recommend and we would definitely purchase again.

Love it. Didnât have any issues with motor or anything. Battery is also very good. It works well and creating the vacuum inside very quickly. With press of a button it will be either vacuum or the air will be released.Highly recommend for those who want to automate the process.

Itâs just a little to small, I would buy something else.
Why they wouldnât make it fit a standard 12 ounce bag of coffee is beyond me. But it doesnât fit you canât just dump the bag in and put the top on.It is very nice, but it would only have to be .1L larger to never have this problem.

Every few minutes the vacuum would start up so obviously has a leak. I think the manual ones are probably a better way to go.

After 5 years of use my glass coffee canister received itâs demise when placed a little to abruptly onto our granite counter top.So to aid in my hunt for its replacement I watched an excellent YouTube video narrated by the coffee officionado James Hoffmann. After a lengthy comparison I was glad to see a fellows brand product come out on top.Like other fellows coffee equipment this is a beautiful marriage of form and function. The sleek canister , deceptively slim in profile, perfectly holds 1 pound of coffee. Once closed it monitors and maintains a vacuum.One simple button and 1 simple LED provides all the required information and functionality. Quiet, elegant and small footprint makes this product the perfect statement for those who appreciate great coffee.
