I tried several different kinds of enema and from all I tried, this is very easy to clean and is the best. No leakage at all. I wish it had some kind of cover to close the top to make it easy for back to back enema without losing the temperature.

The item i recieved is not what is described. I only recieved 3 nozzles, not 4. Also the listing shows and states the bag has measurements on it, which it does but they are unusable as you can barely see them.
