Customers say

Customers find the coffee filters work well in their K-cup reusable single serve coffee maker and Keurig coffee machine. They are easy to clean, eliminating coffee sludge and grounds that can spoil a perfect cup of coffee. The filters are cost-effective and allow them to wash and re-use the cup. Many customers appreciate the filter quality, saying it does a great job filtering the ground coffee. However, some customers have mixed opinions on fit, durability, and coffee grounds.

Effective Solution for Brewing Your Own Ground Coffee
We’ve been Keurig users for many years. We used to buy pre-filled K-Cups, and still do occasionally. Once I set up a dedicated coffee bar a couple of years ago, we had space to get a burr grinder for fresh beans. That meant that best way to manage filling a reusable K-Cup dispenser was to get small filters like these.I don’t recall why this brand originally appealed to me. Probably a reasonable amount of filters for a decent price. The box is compact enough to fit easily in the pantry. A box of 100 filters lasts us about six weeks if we’re constantly at home. These are easy to use, and easy to dispose of into the compost bin. They’ve become an integral part of our morning java routine.

Great Product and How to Easily Make Your Own Paper Tops!
I have an EZ Cup (brand) reusable plastic pod that uses the paper filters with the attached lid. I bought these filters knowing that they did not have tops because they were half the price (yay!) of the ones with the little flap & I had worked out ahead of time how to take care of that little deficiency. After reading the reviews here, I saw some complaints about these filters having no paper tops, so, if you have the type of reusable cup that needs those lids and have a few minutes to spare, you can read further to find out what I am doing to solve that issue. If you don’t care about cost and don’t want to be bothered with a quick craft project, then just buy the more expensive ones with the lid already attached and be on your way. For those with about 5 minutes of time weighing heavy on their hands and the urge for adventure, here is what to do:1. Get ahold of some basket-style coffee filters. (I already had a pack of those for my Mr. Coffee machine that I only pull out a couple times a year for a party – so they were basically free.) If you don’t have any lying around your kitchen feeling useless and unloved, just buy a pack the next time you are at the supermarket – store brands are cheap & you’ll still be way ahead of the game.2. Draw a little 2 ¼ inch round circle on a piece of cardstock and cut it out to use as a template. (I actually used one of the lids from the EZ Cup filters as a pattern, but, if you don’t have one, just use the EZ Cup plastic lid as a guide and draw around it about 1/8 inch out from the edge.) This is a one-time step if you can manage not to lose it. I keep mine handy with the lids I made.3. Flatten out one of the paper basket-style filters on your counter or table and with a pencil, trace around your circle template onto the paper. You can fit 7 around the outer edge and 1 in the middle.4. Stack up 5 more flattened filters – total of 6 – under the one on which you drew your circles – keeping all edges even. (I suppose you could stack more, but I found 6 to be very easy to cut)5. Grab your scissors again and cut roughly around one of the outer circles OUTSIDE of the pencil line. Then, cut it out ON the line you drew. (This is easier than trying to hold the whole pack while you cut each circle.) Repeat with the rest of the circles. For each circle you cut, you will have 6 lids. When you are done, you will have 48 adorable lids. When making a cup of coffee, just center the paper lid on top of the coffee-filled filter and snap on the plastic cap.I used a stopwatch and steps 3 through 5 took me only 5 minutes and 15 seconds. That was fun, right?! You are probably wishing it wasn’t all over so fast. Well, do it again! And if you have kids old enough to do this, get them in on the fun, too. In no time, you will have more lids than you know what to do with!As for the quality of the Simple Cups, I found them to work just fine – along with my little paper lids. I can’t fit “quite” as much coffee into them as into the more expensive EZ Cup filters, but I haven’t noticed that the quality or strength of my cup of coffee is appreciably diminished. I have used about 50 or 60 so far, and although they expand during the brewing process (as they would have to with the addition of water flowing through), I have not had one burst (as some other reviewers stated). I will buy them again because they work and I get to have the fun of cutting out the lids!

    Almost perfect!
Like a lot of other people, I finally tired of paying so much for coffee. Between just my husband and I, we easily spent $20 – $25 a week on k-cups. I bought the Keurig My K-Cup in the hopes that we’d spend less on coffee, but we rarely used it because it was so messy. These, though, make it super easy to clean. Simply pull the filter out and throw it away. The only piece we need to rinse is the lid.I tried it with the My K-Cup filter basket and without and find it works best with the filter basket in place. It might be my Keurig, but the water wasn’t a straight stream without it – it made a bit of a mess and the filter was squished towards the bottom when it was done. The coffee is stronger without the filter basket, but it’s less messy.I would give this 5 stars, but I feel the filters could be a tad bit bigger. The filter is about 3/4 the size of the My K-Cup filter basket, so I can’t use as much grounds. I’ve started tamping it down to get a bit more in and that does work, but you run the risk of shoving the filter into the bottom of the basket. That’s the only negative, though, and it’s minor. Otherwise, these work exactly as I was hoping they would!

Works great, keeps my refillable K-cups clean
I bought these because my wife insisted that coffee filtered through paper is healthier. I must admit, I think it tastes a little better too – less acidic – but that may be my imagination. One thing that is certainly not my imagination is the way it keeps my refillable K-cups clean. I like being able to experiment with different blends of coffee (such as adding a small amount of hazlenut coffee to a dark roast) and I really like the amount of money I save by using a teaspoon of ground coffee instead of the individual pre-packaged cups. The only problem was having to wash out the refillable cups after each use. Very messy. The paper filters contain the grounds, and clean-up is now very simple. All I have to do is clean the top, which is FAR less messy. I use two filters at a time, because I like to poke one way down inside as a back-up in case the primary breaks through from the pressure of the Keurig (which they sometimes will do.) The second one goes right on top, with the edges sticking out around the top of the refillable cup. Some might view this as a disadvantage, but they are so inexpensive, and the process of inserting the filters so quick and easy, I don’t view this as a problem. I rather like the idea of having my coffee double filtered. In all, an excellent product, WELL worth the very small amount they cost.

Merci Amazon.Lucy Renaud.

Haven’t purchased from this company before but I’m a daily user of this disposable paper filters for my reusable k-cups as it really makes clean ups easier and, keeps the reusable k-cups from getting the buildup on the filter that requires cleaning. I had run out so I thought that rather than buying 300 at a time which I had berry doing … 600 would definitely be better. They weren’t expected to be received until after Christmas but I ordered them thinking I’d just have to make do without them until they arrived but they came fast (Dec21) which I’m extremely happy about. Thank you for the quick delivery of these budget friendly k-cup filters!

These are ideal for the reuseable cup included with the Ekobrew but especially for the larger metal reuseable cup I also bought. This filter (especially when new) provides enough resistance to the water injection process and the machine seems to work smoothly. You can wash and re-use these filters and doing that, even once per filter can cut filter usage. I start with a clean filter in the morning and re-use it for the day then toss it out.
