Works great, looks cute
This is perfect. I use it for my flax seeds and chia seeds. Itâs fast and efficient. And it looks nice on my counter. . Nice size. The inside cap is smart so nothing spills out. Well made and I like it a lot! Oh, easy to clean, I just wipe the inside with the brush that comes with it, I havenât washed it yet with water. The noise level is akin to a normal blender. You hold the top down to,activate so puke it or hold for constant grinding.

Works excellent on tough root herbs
This is a great grinder. I was able to grind down tough root herbs. Takes a bit of aligning them properly as to avoid them getting stuck under the blade but once you get it, its effortless. Grounds most to nearly powder perhaps leaving a few very small chunks but in my case its smaller and more workable than its original form. Doesnt need much to grind them properly tho each herb is different so I’d recommend adding and adjusting as you go to get your desired result. I’m impressed as its exactly what I needed and did s much better job than expected. Grinds quickly, is a bit noisy depending on the hardiness of the herb/root but totally worth it. I love that it has an inner lid to assist with spillage and is small enough for portability and storage. Its also very easy to clean after each use. I highly recommend this small yet powerful grinder for all your grinding needs. So far I’ve only tried dried herbs and roots but once I get a chance to grind something wet and hardy like fresh ginger, I’ll come back and update.

Works beautifully
Used it for the first time to grind some hot peppers into a powder and it works really well. Only reason I didnât give it 5 starts is the difficulty of cleaning it really well. The motor is attached to the metal part where the spices are ground so you canât get it wet and clean it with soap and water really easily, which isnât ideal when youâre grinding really spicy things and then grinding other things like mint or coffee.

Works great and looks good on the counter
I got this to grind our egg shells. We have chickens and an older dog. After the vet recommended extra nutrition for his joints, the specialist at the feed store said – you have the egg shells which are a main ingredient he needs. I looked and found this. It works great and makes the shells into a nice powder I put on my dogs food. Really happy with this product.

UPDATE: I am changing my review to 5 stars. I had one problem with grinder (see below) and customer service fixed it right away. Great communication throughout.ORIGINAL REVIEW: This grinder is attractive, grinds well, and is relatively quiet which was a nice surprise. This would have received a five star rating except the power plug is so loose, I need to hold it in as I use the grinder making it almost un-usable. Before you ask, yes, it is pushed in as far as it can go. If the company/seller has a remedy, I will gladly change my rating to a 5 star. thank you.

Works but unable to detach grinding container to clean
A few items that were disappointing that could be my fault and one that makes it un-usable for me longer term. I wasn’t expecting it to be this big (my fault, see the pic) and it to be plastic (I thought it would be actually wood – again, blame that on me). The inner lid can be easy to forget to put on and, if you do forget to put it on, the ground seeds fall out everywhere including down the sides between the lower unit and the un-attachable top unit. So, they’re stuck down there somewhere forever. But the thing that really surprised me is that you cannot clean the grinding container. It cannot be detached from the lower motor unit so you cannot use water at all to clean it. The instructions say to wipe clean with a cloth. Well, that is (1) tricky with the sharp blade and (2) will not really get it that clean. It does work well for grinding flax seeds which is what I bought it for. And the price is quite decent.

Fabulous grinder
I was looking for a spice grinder and actually took note of a review that spoke to them being pleased with this grinder. I am 110% pleased with this grinder. It even made quick work of star anise!

Powerful grinder
Really powerful grinder and did a great job on the jalapenos I dried. My only complaint is that you cannot take out the grinder section to wash which is why it’s a 4 star and not a 5 star.
