Elegant and Practical: Tvvtuww Store Ceramic Cup with Acacia Wood Saucer Review
My wife recently ordered the Tvvtuww Store Ceramic Cup with an Acacia Wood Saucer for her work needs, and it turned out to be a perfect choice. Here’s why we love this mug:What initially attracted her to this cup was its elegant shape and the multifunctional coaster that doubles as a lid. This feature is both stylish and practical, allowing her to cover her drink when needed. The cup’s size is just right, with a capacity of around 1 cup (approximately 8 fl oz or 236ml), making it ideal for a standard serving of coffee or tea.The mug is easy to hold and clean. Although we’ve only hand-washed it so far, the cleaning process has been straightforward and hassle-free. It has also proven to be microwave-safe, which is a significant plus for warming up drinks. However, I would advise against putting very hot liquids in it, as the ceramic is not particularly thick. The classic white color of the cup makes it versatile and suitable for use in any setting, whether at home or at work.Overall, we are very happy with this product. It combines practicality with elegance, making it a great addition to her daily routine.

    Hard to clean
I like the wooden saucer in this set. It’s super cute. However, the cup itself has a weird handle that seems like it’s hollow all the way through. This means there’s no way to really clean it, even with one of those straw cleaners. Maybe your old school pipe cleaner that kids use for arts and crafts would do the trick? The rim also folds inward a little leaving a bit of a shallow crevice that needs extra attention with cleaning. Overall, this isn’t my favorite mug.

Lovely teacup. Exactly what I wanted.
I hesitated to get this cup. I was looking for a teacup, but the descriptions made this one sound like an espresso cup. I have one of those. Except, the descriptions also said 8 oz, so I decided to give it a go. I’m glad I did. In my pictures, I’ve set it up between a Starbucks espresso cup and a standard coffee cup from a place setting of my china. You can see it falls right in the middle size-wise. It’s a teacup. Not only that, but one that feels and looks like porcelain. Perfect.Well, not quite perfect. There was one issue I worried a little about until I used the cup for a few days. The design of the cup made it necessary to pour to cup as one solid piece rather than pouring the bowl and the handle separately and sticking them together. That’s good, but when the excess slip was poured out of the mold, it left the top and bottom of the handle just a little bit hollow. It would have been nice if they could have filled that in, at least at the top. In all fairness I have to take off half a star because of that.I don’t think the handle is hollow all the way through, though. First, I have a very narrow bottle brush (for straws), and only the tip of it fit down the top hole. If it was hollow further down, that brush is small enough it would have fit. Fortunately, the hole at the bottom (while I can’t quite see it) doesn’t feel as deep. It may be just an indentation down there. Second, the walls of the cup can get really hot while the tea steeps, but the handle doesn’t. If there was any hot tea in there, it would be hot as well. And, remember, the dishwasher should take care of any tea that gets into those little indentations. So, for myself, no problem. You’ll have to decide if it is for you.I’m very happy with this cup. Its acacia wood coaster is terrific as both a coaster and a lid to keep the tea warm. It’s just what I was looking for. I’ve used it everyday since it arrived, and I expect I’ll be using it for a very long time.
