Broken box and Old Coffee
The package was completely broken and the capsules were scattered.The Coffee grains inside were very hard and packed together, instead of being loose. Which shows that theyâve been sitting around for a long time.

Keep going back to it
We have tried different brands of house brew coffee and different CBTL flavors and this is the only one we keep coming back to as our staple coffee. Not too strong and not watered down – a good base to use if you want to add any flavoring into your coffee or a good cup of coffee if you want to drink it on it’s own.

Almost broke my Starbucks K-Fee Coffee Machine. Do NOt buy.
These Decaf capsules are not the right size to work in a standard machine. They appear ot be too short. I tried one and it did not allow water to pass through (was not punctured), then was very difficult to remove from the machine. I was afraid that it would damage the machine but after some work I got it our.This appears to be an engineering problem with the sizing of the capsule. I have successfully used other CBTL capsules in my machine, but this one is an exception. Seeking a refund please.
