Awesome cup, perfect size for home use. Love the silicone bottom, doesn’t slid or scuff the table. No need for coaster use. Keeps drinks colder for longer than it does hot, but still great for coffee or tea. No weird metallic taste that I’ve experienced with other cups. I’ve even tried it with juice and soda with no issues.The lid is hard to get off at first, but gets slightly easier. Once you get used to it and the multi-locking positions, it is a lot easier.Completely leakproof so I would say dealing with the lid isn’t that bad of a price to pay. Will dent if you let your toddler slam it on the corner of table lol, but won’t spill a drop. Would highly recommend.

My wife had a stroke and has difficulties holding cups, etc., so we thought this mug would be perfect for preventing spillage and, yes, it does. Unfortunately it is so problematic to operate it is of no use to us. The top is too hard to loosen, even after I applied a food grade silicone. The flip-top magnet is so strong I always feel the amount of pressure needed to flip it will break it. Hasn’t reached the rarified air of Yeti or Owala yet, consequently overpriced. Made in China. A for end use, F for functionality and D for value.

Top Design a Bit Difficult.
Very well made mug. Top is difficult to get off for us Seniors. Previous Brumate mugs had a better designed top and was much easier to attach and detach.

I’ve been using this cup all winter, and it a keeper. Keeps my coffee hot, easy to clean, and it doesn’t leak if the lid is closed. There is a lock on the lid, figure it out before you use it 🙂

Maybe a metal design ? !(Fyi: was always washed by hand – NEVER in dishwasher)I would not recommend this product as it is now.

Although the lid is leakproof, I question the durability of the lid hinges. The handle is nice, but is screwed on , not like other top quality mugs that are welded. weighs less than other top quality mugs of similiar size too. Rubber bottom is a nice feature.
