Tea To Go in a Perfect Periwinkle
I usually don’t carry tea/coffee to go but I saw this beautiful periwinkle and stainless cup and had to get it. And I’m glad I did because this is a much improved design over anything that I have used in the past. It is completely insulated so no matter how boiling hot the inside contents are, the outside is still room temperature.There is a silicone wrapper around the edge that is good for gripping. The lid is a hard plastic and it completely seals when tightened. There’s a fliptop lock on the top. You have to apply pressure to to make it pop open. Therefore, you’ll have no worries of spilled hot liquid when you snap it closed. I made hot tea directly in the cup , and closed the lid. Five minutes later, I removed the teabag and added sweetener. I waited an hour and a half to open it again and tried the tea. I was happily surprised that it was very, very hot â the temperature where you take a cautious sip and you know that it’s drinkable but you don’t wanna burn your lips. That is the perfect temperature for me, an entire hour and a half after filling. That makes this the perfect cup for errands or a lengthy commute. I love it! The price is also great – it’s high quality and would make a great gift.

Good quality travel mug
I love this particular travel mug for the color combination. It has a nice sleek look and feels very comfortable while holding. Grip is very good and nonslip. This is a perfect size for the car cup holder. The sip area is one particular section which I found to be having a bit rough finish and this is one thing I have observed with other Bodum travel mugs that I have.I mostly use this for hot drinks and it keeps them hot enough for a couple of hours. I would not consider this to be the best of the lot but for the hour or two during travel it does the job of keeping drinks hot.

Thoughtfully designed insulated travel mug
There are lots of travel mugs out there and I must say this is a pretty one. Stainless steel exterior with silicone grip for ease of holding. Fits into the car cup holder. My coffee stayed warm for at least an hour or 2.

Wow – this mug is better than I thought it would be. I have a favorite travel mug for my hot tea, but I needed a second mug to use when the first is in the dishwasher.First, I love that the mug isn’t painted to be colorful. That paint always peels off. The bare stainless steel is perfect the way it is.The silicone around the middle does make the mug more colorful anyway, and provides grip. I thought I wouldn’t like the Bodum name emblazoned on the silicone, but the letters are raised and that actually makes holding the mug easier and more comfortable. So, I’ll put up with being a walking advertisement.There is silicone on the bottom, too, which just feels nice when you put the mug down on a hard surface. It’s a nice touch.I like the spout design, too. It’s elongated. When you sip from my other mug, the boiling hot tea goes straight into your mouth. This little lip allows you to really sip the tea carefully, so it doesn’t burn your mouth.The mug feels heavy in a good, solid way, and seems to be keeping my tea very hot. It’s been in there about 2 hours so far and it hasn’t cooled off at all.

Excellent Travel Mug!
I’m a huge fan of Bodum products and have been purchasing their products for years. I ordered the 12 oz Double Wall Travel Mug and it’s fantastic! Extremely versatile – whether you’re bringing it with you in the car, on a stroller walk, using at the office, or simply at your desk. It maintains temperature very well – whether it’s a hot beverage or iced coffee. I absolutely love the lid, as well as the silicone sleeve – it just makes it so easy to bring with you to the car or toss in the stroller if your arms are full. I originally ordered this as a back-up mug to keep at work but will likely to promote to my main travel mug for the car and stroller walks. Truly an excellent travel mug! Highly recommend!!!

This is a 12 ounce stainless steel, double wall travel mug for hot or cold drinks. I’ve only used it for hot drinks so far, and it has done well keeping them hot.The plastic lid flips open to drink from the drinking aperture and the textured base prevents sliding.I might feel like this is just another insulated tumbler, but what strikes me and I really love about this one is the stainless steel exterior with silicone grip. Here’s why. A lot of coatings start to peel off. For that reason I’ve started to get more stainless steel mugs and tumblers. But they can be slippery to grip, and sometimes it’s hard to grip a tumbler just because of its circumference. This Bodum mug has a silicone grip which wraps around the exterior and provides an excellent grip.The only downside is that it specifies handwash only. I’m not sure why, since there is no exterior paint that will start peeling off from the dishwasher.

Great brand, great travel mug!!
Bodum makes great coffee presses, and so we were happy to try their new travel mug..love the bright blue color for holding the mug, and that the sleeve allows for easier holding while walking as it gives your hand some real grip on an otherwise slippery surface. But best of all, this travel mug keeps our coffee hot for 2-3 hours, which is perfect for work commutes, long meetings, and football tailgating. Would recommend without any hesitation. Hope this helps!
