Light crisp taste
I love blonde roasts so I tried this. I use 2 1/2 Tablespoons of bean per 8 oz cup using the pour over method.It’s quite pleasant when made strong enough. For my filters I use Hario V60 no 2 ceramic pour-over and Hario V60 No.2 filters. Use a purified or distilled water in your kettle for best taste.

Poor taste – nothing like Bluestone
I have gotten coffee at the Bluestone coffee shop and it is extremely good coffee. I have also gotten a bag of coffee at Bluestone and have brewed it at home and it is identical to the coffee shop coffee.This bag of ground coffee is nowhere near the quality at the coffee shop. It doesn’t taste like gourmet coffee at all. I would not purchase again and will look to get a refund.
