Read this review. This stuff is awesome.
I have no problem spending more money on something if its worth it. But if its just as good as its less costly competitor than I go for the competitor. The tastes are great and the variety is noticeable. I love this coffee. Its not as strong as coffee shop esspresso but I don’t think that the other pod brands are either. However, I don’t have time or energy to make an espresso in the morning. These pods are quick, easy, tasty and affordable. You can’t beat the price of this package compared to other brands. I did receive this product for free in exchange for an honest review. Though I did buy this package multiple times. This might be my fourth time buying them. I usually buy one every quarter. Totally worth it. The packaging is very nice and sleek and the plastic bags are air tight keeping its freshness.

For the coffee addict on a budget
I was gifted a Nespresso machine about a year ago and it’s an awesome feature in my kitchen. I love being able to brew a quick cup of any coffee beverage, latte or Americano or otherwise, whenever the desire for a pick-me-up arises. Despite being a totally fabulous gift, however I found that the regularity with which I consume lattes was a bit much for the brand name pods to be cost effective. Several months back my boyfriend and I ordered these with some trepidation, but to our surprise the pods tasted great. They aren’t quite to the level of the Nespresso pods which are mostly smooth and amazing, but if you’re not a huge coffee snob who drinks their espresso straight up, you probably won’t even notice the difference.I drink my coffee with a lot of additional nonsense, so my review may not make sense for you if you’re one of those weird people who pretends to like their coffee without cream or sugar. If you drink coffee black I guess you theoretically might not like these in comparison with Nespresso brand pods — I’m not the kind of person who can really tell the difference between coffee and coffee. I make my lattes pretty foofy, so you know… take my review with a grain of sugar… if you’re a horrible, horrible coffee snob. But for those of you who just want a nice espresso shot that’s not 88cents per pod, these are a really good option and we’ve been ordering them for several months now. Probably won’t buy brand name pods again, not when I can get them half the price.

Definitely not bad for the price! but definitely not better than Nespresso…
I got a set because they were on sale. Here’s a review hope this helps in your decisions =)PackagingThe box is very good and there’s boxes inside the box and packages inside the smaller boxes. I would say it is very nicely packed. The smaller boxes contain the information about the capsules. If you don’t know what to get (i.e. espresso or lungo) check the side on the smaller box. The packages contain 10 capsules and they are puffed up, either for protection or because of the gases. Who knows. Once I opened the packages there was a very strong coffee smell. I don’t know if this is a good thing, I got the impression that the capsules were not as good as keeping the grounds as fresh as the nespresso ones. I would be cautious to open all the packages up and mixing them like I do with my Nespresso capsules.See the packaging photos!CapsulesThe capsules themselves are made with plastic and the foil covering does not have any markings. The capsules are color coded so I do not think it matters all that much but keep in mind that there are not titles on them.See the comparison shots of original Nespresso capsules. I compared the Ristretto capsules. (The orange one is the Bestpresso capsule, the black one is the Nespresso capsule)TasteNow for the important part. I brewed them on my Prodigio machine. (BTW save some money and get the Pixie, it has a much better brew, but if you like convenience and the tech novelty Prodigio is a pretty good machine). For an equal comparison I brewed the Ristretto capsules from each brand. N is for Nespresso, B is for Bestpresso in this review. I brewed them in espresso because I did not have clear cups and wanted to compare the crema.ConsistencyN: Definitely richer, had that signature espresso thickness that I love to it.B: Not bad but definitely more watery. I brewed an espresso but it felt more like a lungo consistency.CremaN: Hands down much more than the Bestpresso. I have yet to see a capsule espresso machine put out better crema than the nespresso ones. Despite the relatively worse taste, this is why I personally ended up with the Nespresso compared to the CBTL and Illy machines.B: Not bad but you will not be impressed. If you like Crema don’t get these. If you mix your drink with milk or go Americano, I personally don’t think it matters.Check the comparison photos, the cup on the left is the Nespresso. Keep in mind the Bestpresso was brewed first. But if you look at the brewing photos you’ll definitely see a difference.AromaN: The same ol not that thick Nespressoness.B: Could not tell the difference.FlavourN: Definitely more complicated, which came as a surprise to me. More depth.B: Not bad but not as exciting either, just a standard shot.IntensityN and B are both the same.Overall impressionsThe brew did not come out for a while when I put in the Bestpresso capsule, I thought my machine broke. Don’t be startled, at the end of the brew they both have the same quantity. For half the price, I would say it is a great deal. I would definitely buy again. I would be willing to pay up to 65% of the Nespresso capsule price![…]

Go- to nespresso pods, great taste and value
These are my go-to pods for my nespresso essensia mini. Ive never had a problem with one of them jamming, and they make a great cup of nespresso. They’re usually the best price- 33c a pod, and I like that they’re aluminum and not plastic. Not a fan of hot plastic water coffee. These are not that.

nespresso compatible
I’ve pretty much tried all of the Nespresso compatible capsule offered on Amazon and still have not found one that produce the same quality and consistency as the Nespresso capsules. For some unknown reason, all the compatible capsule are made with plastic body, even the bestpresso capsule is the same. And I’ve also notice with bestpresso or the other compatible capsule is that they appears to have less coffee ground then the Nespresso capsules. The Bestpresso capsule seem to be under fill. see a side by side picture. This cause inconsistency in the crema. Pink is bestpresso and you can see visibly less than the Nespresso capsule. And once you open the vacuum pack, you have to try to finish it in a reasonable amount of time. Otherwise the capsule starts to loose its flavor. I’ve obsere the same for all Nespresso compatible capsule, all of them are plastic shell and comes in vacuum pack, and all see to be under fill and have inconsistency with crema in your drink. So it is really down to whether if you want to pay for the $0.7 or pay for ~$0.5 per capsule

Coffee is good. I like that there is a variety, though the stronger pods are my favourite. Great price value.
