I’ve been using a pour-over for the last several years, so I bought this because I was having family over for Thanksgiving and needed to make more than one cup at a time. This is the perfect coffee maker for me…it’s small, beautiful, and makes delicious coffee. It now has a permanent spot in my kitchen and I’ve continued using it daily.

Just as advertised, and true to the great reviews i read prior to purchase – this has no fancy bells or whistles, lest you consider the “strength” dial to be fancy/shmancy. the brewed coffee (i used the middle setting) was hot and crisp and flavorful – the spray nozzle really helps accentuate the inherent characteristics of the diverse varietals i brewed – the residency the different settings afford, via pulse immersion (or lack thereof for the milder setting), was distinctly noticeable. sure, other brewers feature this method, but for one this economic and stylish, well … let’s just say it more than exceeds expectations in those regards. one thing i am not a fan of is cleaning brew basket filters, but i’ll get over that. also note that the included carafe is very small, as is the entire unit – i filled the carafe (or pot, in the modern parlance) up to the highest watermark, and put in four heaping scoops of ground coffee – this filled my 16oz mug up perfectly, not a drop was wasted, so no issue for me with the 30 minute warming window before it shut itself off (a feature i love, btw … a failsafe, if you will). by the time i was ready for my secind cup, it had cooled down, and was good to fire up another fresh brew – i’m the only coffee drinker in the house, so it’s perfect for my one-off mugs in the morning … but be advised that if there are gonna be a pair sharing the coffee, you’ll need to trim to 8ozs per.Definite bang for the stylish buck here, fits perfectly in my retro/art-deco themed EIK, and the quality of the brewed coffee is absolutely top-notch … highly recommended!

Mid 20th-century modern look without the mid 20-th century build. It is compact and takes about the same space as my previous 5-cup brewer. Two-button control is easy to operate and reliable, though it is not programable which at this price point seems like it should have been. Glass carafe seems a bit thin, but I haven’t broken it yet and the carafe from my old brewer also fits. The carafe pours well without a tendency to spill, which is a nice improvement from my other. I fill the carafe with water to the metal ring and pour that in the reservoir, which slightly exceeds the max fill line in the reservoir. I have had no issues with spillage or leaking on the counter. The instruction book does suggest making sure the filter is not clogged if that does happen. The included reusable filter is a definite step up from my previous; it brews coffee without allowing grounds in the pot. Nice! For me the brew is fine on the middle setting, at least as good as my old brewer. As others have noted, the coffee is not as hot as typical. I’d say the temperature is lawsuit safe (thanks lawyers ð) but won’t satisfy everyone. Not an issue for me. If it isn’t quite hot enough, I’ll zap it in the microwave. So far, the machine overall is working fine for me. I will update this review if that changes.One month update: Use it every day, no problems. Filling the reservoir can be a bit tricky if you insist on emptying a full pot of water into the reservoir. I suggest stopping when you can pour no more and stay close to the reservoir opening.6-month update: Use it every day. Works great. Has been completely reliable for me. Never leaks water, but you might spill water while filling the reservoir if you try to pour too fast. Happy with the purchase.

10/10. It’s as easy as fill with water, fill with coffee grounds, turn on the machine, make your selection of coffee strength, and push start. Next think you know, you have great coffee-ground-free coffee. Cleaning it is also easy peasy! And I love the auto-shut off. The machine turns itself off after some time of not being used. I like cold coffee and find adding ice and choosing the strongest option combines to make a great tasting coffee that’s not to strong or watered down tasting. Then I add ice and milk/creamer to perfect it.

Cute but inefficient
I loved the look of this pot. I am super unhappy with the functionality. It takes forever to brew a small pot no matter what setting of the 3 options. I have yet to have an actual decent cup of good tasting coffee, it’s been 8 months. It doesn’t stay hot and shuts itself off after about 30 minutes.Priced way too high.Overall, not a good maker. I would not recommend.

Very chic and cute! We get about two small mugs of coffee from a full pot of this. Be careful pouring, for some reason I assumed it would pour faster and spilled coffee everywhere. Entirely my fault not the makerâs, but just be aware.

Different levels of strength
Iâm not one to drink coffee all day, just 1 cup b4 work which makes this is a great little coffee maker.I never realized how much better coffee can be depending on how strong u like it. I keep mine on medium, use the same creamer and itâs much better than the Mr. Coffee makers Iâve used in the past.One thingâ¦.. NEVER break the carafe. Itâs $29.99 to replace which is 1/2 the price of the coffee maker. Itâs not one you can replace with a generic carafe bc of the design. I only had mine for about 3 weeks and it broke but due to a cup slipping while washing then breaking the spout not bc of the design. I kept a âï¸ bc of how much the carafe costs to replace.Oh, and you canât set a automatic timer. But I find that no big deal.

I replaced my 6mth old Keurig for this wonderful coffee maker. I missed the scent of coffee, and having the convenience of a pot of coffee. This is perfect for 1-2 people. It makes delicious coffee – I have only tried the medium strength setting, so far. I don’t find it is slow to process, it is average, and 100% worth waiting for. The size is perfect for my needs, a small office kitchen space. The butterscotch (cream) colour choice is quite unique. I would buy this again! The suggested delivery time was 2 weeks, it actually arrived in 4 days. A nice surprise. I included a few photos for size comparison.

I just received this coffee maker in the mail last night. Was so excited to use it this morning, but when I turned it on, nothing came out. I’ve looked up instructions on the internet and Youtube to make sure I did it right. Multiple times, I filled it with water and grinds, turned it on, clicked the brew button, and 30 minutes later there was still no coffee. Disappointed, and a total waste of money.
