Good value for money
Really good value for money insulated tea pot that keeps my tee hot for a long time. The materials feel OK at this price point and the inside is stainless steel, so I expect it to last. The included tea filter makes brewing tea very easy with this kettle. The only little thing to beware is that is quite easy to overfill it. If you fill it with too much water, the safety valve for pouring will not open. Also, it makes it a bit tricky to unscrew the lid to let a bit of the water out. But that is easy to dial in after a few tries.

Great in theory but doesnât work well. Tea was lukewarm within an hour of making. Bought 5 for myself and my tea drinking kids. Nobody liked it.

Decent little coffee pot
All in all this is a decent little coffee pot but they should make the pour spout wider. Its too narrow and spills when your pour the liquid out.

Keeps tea hot but strainer will not stay connected to lid
I have had problems with the tea strainer actually threading and locking onto the lid of this carafe. When I think I have a connection, the strainer will fall into the water in the pot and the loose tea spills out. It’s very frustrating, so I started using another strainer I have that sits on top of the pot. This isn’t optimal, but it allows me to steep my tea before putting the lid on for pouring.

It is a well made tea pot.
It’s cute and has a wide opening, so it’s good for cleaning the inside. Usually, there’s no place to put an inner tee in this bottle, but this product has a net where you can put a tee. If it’s a disadvantage, it would be nice if that part came down to the floor.

This carafe neither keeps hot liquids hot nor does it pour from spout without spilling, especially as the carafe is less than full. I wish I could get my money back for this, but can only warn potential buyers: do not get this one.

Good heat retention – small tea filter
Good size for single person, holds temp hot for 4-5 hours and warm for 6-8. Larger tea filter would be better for volume of water, but works OK if you allow some extra time to steep. Nice that you don’t have to fuss with aligning top so lever aligns with handle when closed, as it will allow you to keep turning till that aligns regardless of position you start at.

This is an attractive carafe that holds about the right amount of tea for two people (or 4 if you just have one cup). It can be a bit tricky to close if you fill it full, and the basket is oddly small for the volume of tea (we actually just put tea bags directly in the carafe and don’t use the basket.
