A good coffee mug is like a comfortable pair of Jeans or your favorite boots – it just feels right. The 34oz mug was the large size that was available at most Gas Stations and Convenience Stores. A few years ago they suddenly disappeared from the market and haven’t been seen since. Well, we found the mold and arranged for a special production run of mugs. These mugs are produced under the patent #3684123. They are double wall insulated and unlike other mugs on the market, they are foam filled so they are far superior at keeping drinks hot or cold. These rugged mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe. The lid snaps on tight and doesn’t leak out the sides like most of the Chinese imports! This listing is for one Black mug with a black top. There is no printing or graphics on this mug.

Great mug
I use it mostly for ice water which works great. I appreciate that it is dishwasher and microwave safe. I wish it had a non slip, no spill bottom surface. Disappointment: it seems to have a slight defect and leaks a tiny bit. I believe I was sent a used (returned) mug as there are atypical marks where it leaks.

Wonderful insulated mug! Worth buying again!
I had two of these from “way back when”… They were made by Aladdin originally. There are some minor differences (the lids are no longer colored to match the sides), but overall, they are alike. I am thrilled to have found this mug. I drink iced tea in the warmer months (and some in the winter) and hot tea in the colder months. Both stay their temperature a VERY long time in this mug. There is an opening at the top which stays open. I use a large straw that came with my Bubba mug to make drinking from it easier (especially when driving). The Bubba mug is going to Goodwill. I will never buy another Bubba product. These can go in the dishwasher with no warping. They’ve taken tumbles when being retrieved from the high cabinet above the microwave with no cracks or scratches at all. At first, I wasn’t sure about the black color. Now it is my favorite. It is plain and blends in with most outfits. I will be buying more.

Durable, but the stove top won the battle
My husband likes to drink half a pot of coffee at a time, so he loves this mug. It’s big, durable, and can take a beating, but I found out how to destroy it when I set it on the stovetop next to a hot burner and melted the side. I had to buy him another.

Disappointing product
Needed a larger mug to replace my older worn out mug and to my dissatisfaction, this mug was too big and bulky. Worse yet, the poor design of the lid openings caused coffee to leak and soil my shirt on numerous occasions! Very disappointed in the quality of this product!

I have been using these cups for many years, and every now and then I have to replace one that has worn out. Not that the cup itself wears out, but they do get dropped accidentally, maybe breaking the handle or cracking the plastic outer shell, or as in most cases with my cups, the little lift tab on the top breaks off after many days of regular use. Now if there were replaceable tops I would seldom ever need a new cup, but as most entrepreneurs have learned, itâs more profitable to replace the entire thing. So if the top is still in good condition, Iâll save the tops if the cup itself needs to be discarded.Whatâs most noteworthy about these cups is that the top doesnât leak coffee onto your clean white shirt while sipping your morning cup of Joe. Remarkable since no special gaskets or screw down threads are necessary for the top to make the perfect seal. It is entirely through a tight fit, for which the lift tab is placed on the top in order to remove the top for a refill. If in the rare occasion you do happen to receive a leaker, then something is entirely wrong, and it is likely to always be a problem with no fix available.Walmart carried a couple styles of these cups for many years until all the reserves in stock were finally used up. A similar style held the same amount but was more bulbous in design, and it had the same rotating opening (now discontinued on this cup) in the top that was easily disassembled for cleaning. Both styles were an immediate success, and there is still a wide following that favors these big cups over all the others. No doubt I was really glad to see this cup was still available from Amazon when I needed to replace mine.
