These are reasonably priced and work well. They are hard to open unless you slide them around your finger or roll them like a newspaper and then they open easily.

Tabs were not correctly cut so filters were difficult to open
These filters are a good deal and work fine. When I bought them, I expected the tabs to enable me to open them easier but found to my surprise that they were both cut out so offered no leverage. We used up that set and I accidentally ordered them again. To my surprise, I found that the first pack was cut properly — one tab was cut and the other was not so it was easy to grab the one and open the filter. Unfortunately, the filters in the next pack were not cut correctly. I am hoping this company gets their quality control process fixed. Not sure I will order again unless I hear they are better.

Just what I needed
I do a lot of house sitting. I bring my own pour over coffee set with roasted ground beans. These filters fit my the holder over the mug just right. No excess and therefore keeps my kit compact. They filter just fine and hold together all the way to the trash (no mess with wet grounds). Also these are unbleached and can be added to compost if desired.

Okay Quality. Slower Pass-Through.
The quality of these paper filters are just okay, a little bit toward the south end. Rinsing the filter to remove the odd taste before making the coffee is a common sense/practice – nothing negative about it.However, the pass-through rate is slower than others which will make your coffee taste a little bit bitter than normal. My suggestion is use it when making your coffee less than 12oz and don’t let it drip for more than 3-1/2 minutes – the coffee will then be alright.
