Works well as a hot water bottle
This works well as a hot water bottle. It hasnât been used as anything else yet so I canât comment on that. The quality is good, not great but for the price, it is a good buy!

Easy process to do a cleansing
This item is a home enema kit and hot water bag. There is a screw-on cap without a connector that makes this a hot water bag, though we always called it a bottle. You basically put some very warm water in the bag and twist that cap on. This is great to use when you need some warmth for a sore muscle or a stomach ache. I like it because you can use it as a bed warmer. On those cool nights, you can place the hot water bottle under the covers, so the bed is nice and toasty when you get in. In terms of the enema feature, the kit comes with a screw-on cap that has a hose connector. The kit includes a 5 foot silicone hose you attach to the connector. The hose has an off/on lever to start and stop the flow of warm water. There is also a water regulator clip that allows you to reduce the flow it needed. There are also 3 pliable enema nozzles for insertion. Included are two other rigid nozzles to use for female douching. You basically add the warm water to the bag, insert the hose into the connector of the cap that has been put on the bag after the water was inserted. Put one of the enema nozzles on the other end of the hose. Use the regulator clip if needed. Then hang the bag with the included clip noting that the on/off valve is in the off position. Insert the nozzle using lube if needed. Turn the valve to the on position and let gravity take over. When done turn the valve back to the off position and remove the nozzle. You are suggested to hold the water for some period of time and then let out. It’s really a simple process. You must then clean everything well and let it dry before putting it away. I think the price point is reasonable for this kit. I am pleased with the product.
