Sturdy and secure
These cups feel very durable and are pretty leak proof. The leak seal is strong even after shaking the cup around. Only thing is one of the glass straws came broken in the package.

Great glasses, but the rest of the set fell short.
I LOVE the glasses……… the glasses are heavy duty, well made, thick glass. I use 3 of them all the time. The lids (3 of them) are leak proof. They are plastic with a rubber stopper in the center for putting a straw through and a flip lid to use if you aren’t using a straw. It came with 4 straws. Glass straws. I am all about reusable things. I have a whole bunch of metal straws, but I cannot see that glass straws are a good idea at all. The glass seems thin and I just think it would be way too easy to break something you’re putting your mouth on.The bigger problem is that these come with the lids on (maybe this is part of that problem?). The gasket on those lids that makes them leakproof is tight. As in it’s really hard to get it off when it’s on all the way. As I took them out initially and started to dismantle them, with one of them that gasket stuck to the glass. I tried hard to get it to release, but eventually it snapped and left a bunch of it stuck to the glass and a broken seal. I managed to get the residue off the glass, making it usable, but obviously that lid is no longer usable. There is also one glass that has a very small crack/chip on the rim. You can’t really feel it, but you can see it. Could probably drink out of that glass, but I don’t feel like risking it.So yeah…. I love the *glasses*. They look nice and I drink out of one pretty much every day. But as a set it fell far short of what it should have been.

Good quality glasses
These glasses have a very pleasing texture and design. These are made from fairly thick glass so they are a bit heavy but feel very durable. They hold about 12 ounces with plenty of extra space to prevent spills. The included lids are not really that useful as they are not leak proof. I was expecting the straws to be plastic but they are actually glass, and while that means they are easier to keep clean they are also more dangerous as they could break. Overall I am satisfied with the glasses as they fit my needs perfectly.

Nice Glasses and Straws but the Lids are only Allright
The glasses are heavy and well made along with the glass straws but the lids look and feel cheap. When I first got these the lids didn’t really want to come off. I actually could not get them off by hand and had to gingerly pry them out of the cups with a butter knife. Luckily the I got the lids out without harming them or the glasses. Funny enough, after giving these a wash before using, the lids would go back on and seal snugly but would now also remove easily enough by hand. I really like that they through in a brush for cleaning the straws.Overall I really like these cups and the straws which work great with any beverage. Our set is currently getting used alot for having our iced coffee.

Subtle visual interest
Style and design is subjective, but I like these. I’m not a fan of branding or free advertising, so these being clean and ribbed is the right amount of subtle detail to create visual interest without demanding attention. The plastic lids fit securely. They were difficult to remove for cleaning, but they’ll also hold back leaks. We tried filling a cup with water, then turned it sideways: no leaks! Quite remarkable for a non-threaded connection. They’re a reasonable thickness of glass, so not concerningly thin yet not heavy. Similar to a Coke bottle thickness, which makes sense for a going out glass. They should be durable, but I’m not about to destroy one of mine to find out. We like them too much! For a budget travel cup, these are quite good and I couldn’t find any real faults.

fits into cup holders
not so top heavy it’s liable to spill, but the botom is narrow enough to fit a cup holder so it’s the best of both worlds. love these come with lids. fairly easy to clean, holds a lot, though it’s just glass, it’s not super insulative and it will sweat, so, it is what it is as far as making it an ulta portable cup. even for around the house it’s good to keep a lid on things.
