It’s amazing how good freshly made almond milk tastes. There are lots of buttons on this things you can adjust the temperature, you could make hot or tempered or boiling drinks or even smoothies. Comes with a couple of cheesecloths so if you wanted to strain your milk or anything else you could do that. There’s even a button to sterilize the inside of the unit. I started with almond milk by putting just a small amount of almonds and water and a pinch of salt. Or I could have added a little vanilla or honey if I wanted to. There are instructions for almond, cashew and soy milk. But there’s also suggestions of things like oat coconut peanuts hazelnuts macadamia and flaxseed. Remember that you’re making a natural product so you should use raw nuts and grains and nothing that’s been cooked already especially since so many things are cooked in oil. I will enjoy trying different recipes and ideas. It seems very well built and the screen tells me everything that’s happening with codes. Nice idea!

I love this machineâitâs compact, well-made, and looks great. Itâs also incredibly easy to use. I mainly use it for making soy milk, and the texture is so smooth that I drink it straight without filtering (even though it comes with two filter bags). My daughter loves it too! Iâve already made soy milk six times, and itâs perfect for our family of three.Before this, I used a Vitamix, but I had to blend the soy milk and then cook it separately, which was a hassle. With this machine, I just press a button, and fresh soy milk is ready in no time. Plus, the timer function lets me wake up to warm, homemade soy milk in the morningâsuch a delight! Disclosure, I’ve never made any homemade nut milks before, however we drink this stuff voraciously on a store bought basis (both almond and oat milk).The machine itself looks good and is easy to use. Just throw in nuts, perhaps a pinch of salt, an optional sweetener (e.g. a date) and you are good to go.As you can imagine with some nuts the blending process works but leaves some sediment – and the set comes with cheesecloth of varying micron level to accommodate.The machine is a tad on the small side, and as a result of you want to produce large quantities for your house, you should bear this in mind.The end product is good, however given the time and effort to make it, I’m not sure if I’ll opt for using this machine vs just getting the final product at the store.
