Stainless Steel, Very Good Lid
I am giving this a 5 because it is the best cup I have found and at a very reasonable price.I would have given it a 4.8 if I could because it leaks. But wait!I never believe cups that say they don’t leak or that say they are dishwasher safe. This one is most definitely not microwavable but it doesn’t claim to be.When I took the cup out of the box, I played around with the lid. The lid fit well and the sliding tab was just hard enough to ensure a good seal. It’s hard to tell but the opening isn’t perfectly oval. This allows for a straw. It is a good fit for the medium size straws I use. Of course, with the sliding tab open for the straw, it is no longer leak proof. I put water in the cup and turned it upside down on my counter for about 10 minutes. It did not leak at all from anywhere. Then I put it in the dishwasher (you never know where things have been). I was concerned water would get into the seam near the bottom of the cup. That doesn’t seem to be the case. Of course, the only way you can really tell is if after months/years, it starts smelling moldy. For the price (current $10), I would throw it away and get another one. The cup came out looking brand new.The lid did not hold up quite as well but it still passes the test. If I had hand washed the lid, it probably would have remained as tight as it was before the dishwasher. The silicone/rubber/plastic? on each end of the sliding tab no longer fit quite as tight. I put water back in the cup and as I turned it upside down, the water leaked from the hole in the lid. Knocking the cup over with the lid closed did not make a huge mess before I could stand it back up but it did leak. The gasket on the lid was still flexible and did not leak. I will not put the lid in the dishwasher again. One other note. If you are not using a straw, when you sip from the cup, you can end up with liquid in the top of the lid. The lid has an edge around it so it doesn’t drip off the cup but it can seep under the sliding tab. Now, when you slide the tab closed or open, it can splash that liquid into your face or even over the edge of the lid onto whatever is lying around. If you are careful or you sip up the liquid left on the lid (or more politely, dab it with a napkin), this isn’t an issue.Oh this cup does indeed hold 20 oz and even a couple more ice cubes. Because of the design of the lid, there is room for the ice to float up. For Starbucks fans, this is an iced grande.

Great, Basic, Choice!
After doing some spring cleaning, I tossed a bunch of old travel mugs that were a little worse for wear and I was looking for some replacements . I wanted something that would not break the bank and would be basic so that it would be appropriate for anyone in our household to use, and this fit the bill perfectly. The 20oz is the perfect size for us and I ordered in the black to keep it as neutral as possible. It is not spill proof but the seal is decent enough that I can jostle it as I walk in and out of my car and office building and it does not come out the top.I do not drink my coffee until I get to my desk and thus far it has been excellent at maintaining a very hot temperature for the 30-45 minutes it takes me from making the coffee until consumption, and I believe it would last close to the 3 hours the descriptions claims as it is so hot I often have to remove the lid for a beat before it is cool enough to drink.Overall, for the price point, if you are looking for a basic tumbler that will maintain temperature and do what you need it to do, this is a great choice.

Good Insulated Mug
This is a pretty good mug. It keeps hot things hot for quite some time and will maintain ice and water for up to 24 hours. The lid fits tightly and doesn’t leak when the sliding spout is closed. It’s holds 20 ounces of your favorite liquid. It does not come with a straw so you’ll have to provide your own, if that’s how you like to drink from these types of mugs. Overall I really like this mug and you can’t beat the price when compared with the name brand insulated mugs.

Keeps your drink cold for a very long time
Fantastic cup! Very pretty color. I love how long this keeps my smoothies cold. Throw a few ice cubes in and pour your drink over it. That keeps my drink cold for 6+ hours. Sometimes it will last way longer. It’s good quality stainless steel. Very durable. The lid fits tight and doesn’t spill out. No leakage problems. The lid is easy to use, but slide it gently when closing. If you go fast, it will splatter some. Learned that the first day! It does tend to leave a little residue around the rim area where you’ve been drinking from. Very minor issue. It’s more noticeable when it’s like a protein shake or something on the thicker side. The few little issues are so minor, it doesn’t bother me. The quality and chill factor more than make up for it. Excellent cup…outstanding coldness.

Keeps hot things hot; cold things cold; good seal; pretty navy color; giftable
This works surprisingly well! I ordered this 20 oz tumbler in navy. It is attractive and well made. It is now my morning coffee cup. I tested it by pouring my coffee with cream directly into this from the machine. It kept it warm for several hours. I also tested it with cold water directly from the refrigerator (cold, no ice). Four hours later the water was still cool. The lid fits tightly with a plastic-like ring to keep it sealed. The mouthpiece is a bit stiff, but it keeps the liquids from spilling. I realize most tumblers are designed this way. The only thing I don’t like is that I have to tilt the tumbler way high to get liquids from the bottom. That is not any fault of this manufacturer–it’s just the way tumblers work. So far, I’ve hand washed this so I can’t say how it does in the dishwasher. Overall, I am pleased at how useful this is. And, since it’s metal, if I drop it, it won’t’ break. It came nicely packaged and would make a good gift.

Functionality and style
It keeps drinks hot or cold far longer than a regular ceramic or glass mug. I don’t like using disposable cups as it feels wasteful. But a mug won’t fit in my cupholders with the handle, and a glass loses heat quickly and is too hot to hold. But this fits easily in a cupholder and stays fairly cool to the touch due to the insulation. The stainless finish makes it easy to clean and durable. However, the colored coating quickly starts to wear off and the little flecks of the colored material get onto other things somewhat like glitter.
