Produces a bland espresso shot
This machine makes a mediocre shot of espresso with a nice frothy layer of cream on the top. Just keep in mind, espresso from practically every coffee house (including Starbucks) will have fuller flavors than what this machine can produce. For my first couple cups, I used high-end beans (Tony’s Dark Roast Espresso Noir), and I noticed much of the nuanced flavor of the coffee had been lost in the brewing process. In my opinion, this machine does not harness the taste of the beans very well. While the espresso was smooth, it wasn’t very flavorful. However, if you mix your espresso with milk, or cream to make lattes, cappuccinos, or mochas, I think it’s perfectly adequate for the price. I will note the steaming feature worked exceptionally well, and the build quality was decent. If you enjoy drinking a shot or two by itself like I do, I cannot recommend this machine.

No frills, simple espresso
This is a nice, compact machine for making espresso. It doesn’t have a million functions, but it does all it needs to do. Materials quality is decent as well, not overly plasticky or anything like that.

Amazing product.
I did not give it a five because the instructions are not very clear with certain things but once I figured it out, itâs honestly amazing! Feels like I am having Starbucks but better! Def worth it! I recommend watching a YouTube video on set up. It helps a lot. Use serial number! Over all is a great buyback super happy.

Yes I use everyday, but not perfect
Edit: It has since stopped working at all. It does not pull up the water. I hear it trying, but nothing has worked to make it work again. We probably used 20 times total.Since using it, my daily coffee experience has improved dramatically, with rich, flavorful espresso just a button away. It is easy and I love that! It isn’t perfect though because, 1) It does not make the coffee hot enough. I have to microwave the coffee most of the time, 2) the whole machine is really light weight. I did not weigh it, but basically it moves around the counter when you are taking off or on the espresso part. – As for the steamer, my barista trained teen son got it to work fine. When I try I feel like it waters down the milk, but it might be user error. So, yes I use daily, but I honestly think this is pricey for this machine. I am GRATEFUL for the opportunity to have it. But wanted to let you know about the heat issue mainly. My husband likes coffee that is not hot so it does not bother him.

No reason to leave my house haha
With this espresso machine, I no longer have to drive to the coffee shop for my caffeine fix :)It works well and comes with all necessary parts. The water tank can be removed for easy re filling, which is great. Instructions are easy to understand and the end product is delicious. I’ll most likely have to order another, my mom wants one. For the price point, it’s a perfect buy. And think of all the money you will save on gas and Starbucks or Dunkin! Win win.
