    Great product
I use the both for cold brew coffee and tea. They do the job of keeping grounds/tea leave out of your beverage. Easy to use. Great value for the money. Would definitely repeat purchase

    The missing piece
Wow are these a game changer! So I got this pampered chef cold brew thing from my mom and it came with 4 cold brew pod thingies. Like, coffee in a pouch. The instructions on the brew carafe said to either put a pod or 1/4 cup of grounds into the strainer, run water over the grounds and stir after adding water. So, after the pods ran out I was just putting grinds in. It was such a mess! I’d have to fill it a little ways, stir, add more grounds, stir some more, repeatedly because adding the water in the strainer made the grinds rise to the top. Sometimes the grinds would overflow the strainer or even go right through it and get into the main part of the carafe, meaning many a cup o joe had dregs in it. Then, trying to toss the spent grinds that are stuck to the strainer was a pain in the tookas. Nevermind my thoughts on the poor design of that thing, the point is… these filter bags solve the entire problem. It’s so much faster to fill the pot fresh, and also dispose of the old grinds. Easy peasy. I was so close to ditching the cold brew altogether but it’s a breeze now thanks to these handy dandy little baggies. 10/10 highly recommend! Now I’m thinking about using these in my french press too, as that has always been a chore to clean out afterwards. It might not work as well, but I am gonna try it. I’ll come back and update when I do, and report on it’s efficacy for that potential use.No tears or bag leaks so far. No weird smells or taste. Seems like a decent quality product that absolutely solved my problem.

    Fine
The coffee has been turning out fine.I’m still working on the best method to secure the bag so the grounds stay in and the bag gets submerged in my carafe. Also working on the amount of grounds needed. So far they have been holding up to my experimentation!

    Poor quality
Almost every bag I’ve tried to use so far has either ripped down the side or the drawstrings have broken off. I’ve had 2 successes and 7 failures right off the bat. Here’s to hoping better luck on the rest of the batch.

    Super easy cod brew!
I recently had to switch to cold brew coffee because of stomach issues. These bags are durable; most others I’ve used fall apart after getting wet, which results in grounds in the coffee. I highly recommend these bags!

    Truly no mess
It is nice to have a disposable option for cold brew that is easier than trying to pass an entire jar of cold brew through a pourover filter.I use an aeropress funnel to fill my bags. Each holds about 60g of coffee when comfortably full. I add 600g of water for a yield of 460g. Working out to 4 115g coffees. The string closure needs to be tied, but that is fairly easy. I have had no issues with the bag coming loose during brewing or disposal.I did not notice any leakage of fine grounds when the bag was dry. The mesh appears very fine and consistent between bags. There are some fine solids after brewing, but those can be filtered out if you want. Grind coarse for fewer fine particles.Overall I think this is the best way to make cold brew, unless you are fully committed to not using disposable filters.
