So nice for arthritic hands!
I’m a senior lady with severe arthritis in my thumb joints. Using a hand grinder was becoming more and more difficult. These push button grinders are a god-send! They work perfectly and I love trying out different peppercorns! I love that they are rechargeable and don’t rely on batteries. I love mine….get yours now!

Good grinders, a bit heavy but perform well
This set consists of the two grinders, two USB-C to USB-A charging cables, the stand which holds the grinders and a small brush to clean the devices. The first thing I noticed was the weight of each grinder – perhaps I’m wrong but for some reason I didn’t expect these to be so heavy. I imagine it is the battery in each that makes them heavy. Both are identical, which I guess makes sense but again I expected one to be labeled for salt or pepper. There is a range for setting the grinders to produce coarse or fine results which is marked along the lower part of the devices. At the top of each unit, you can select H or L depending on how fast you want to grinder to grind and what degree of fineness (is that a word ?) resulting salt or pepper you need. You operate the unit by pressing a smooth button on the side near the top. When you press this button an internal light comes on to illuminate the interior and shines on the area where the ground spice will fall. In both cases of H or L the noise is not very loud and appropriate for these units. The included instruction sheet is pretty clear and states that to fill the units you twist the top off clockwise to separate the two halves. The top is where the battery is housed so you do not want to get it wet or immerse it in water which is why these grinders are NOT dishwasher safe. Additionally, you also do not want to tip the grinders upside down when full to prevent any contents from making their way into the battery part and affecting the battery in any way, per the instructions. When I put these to use, they do a fine job for both whole peppers and coarse kosher salt. The only problem I encountered is that cleaning up the section where the spices are ground is very difficult due to the shaft that is in the center and acts as the rotating mechanism for the grinding. Getting a finger in to wipe the interior clean requires very thin fingers or some kind of brush that can reach inside and clear out residue. The supplied brush is totally inadequate. But if you simply plan to keep refilling the pepper or salt without cleaning it each time continuously this is not an issue. I deducted a star for the inadequate brush and the weight of these grinders.
