Excellent insulation value
I got these to replace some previously purchased insulated mugs. I was looking for something that was easier to clean than what we had before. The other ones would get smudges on them that were difficult to get off. They also had plastic parts on them that broke making them not as leak proof as they began life. That’s the main reason I chose these. They are stainless steel. They are not going to get smudged with stains. And other than the lids, nothing is plastic on them and nothing will break. As a precautionary measure, we have chosen not to wash the lids in the dishwasher. Although, the packaging did say they were dishwasher safe. Regardless, dishwashers are hard on things like these plastic lids with sealed rings. Eventually they start to leak no matter what they say. The good thing is, this product sales replacement lids. For now though I will stick with the four that came in the package and enjoy them. I find their exactly what they advertised. They have great insulation value. They don’t leak. And I can put my reusable straws in them as you can see from the picture. My one surprise was they were smaller than I expected. Not a downfall on them. They told me exactly how big they were in the advertising and pictures I just didn’t pay close enough attention.

I ordered 5 sets of 8 to fill an order for engraving. One of the 40 total had a coating imperfection. The customer was willing to accept the cup with the flaw as it was on a timeline for Christmas. Otherwise the kids fit well and the customer was pleased with having an affordable alternative to bigger name brands.
