Wow! Happened to see this mentioned during a “how instant coffee is made” series and after seeing other reviews, made the purchase. Being a “coffee snob”, instant was never a favorite. After trying this, that whole perspective seems to have changed. This is GOOD coffee! As a blond espresso, the coffee is bold, yet mild with a nice kick. Depending on how much water to coffee ratio will determine the strength and bitterness of course. For myself, tried 12oz of water to 2 tablespoons of coffee. Strong, bold and sooooo smooth with a little cream. Better than most coffee shops!
