Excellent ceramic cup for coffee!
I have been using double ceramic glass with the silicone lid for many years now. My last one was accidentally broken, so I began my search for its replacement. I bought this one and it is excellent. The lid fits perfectly and doesnât leak. (as long as you donât overfillâ¦if you do ALL these types of cup will leak!). The lid isnât smelly at all (of course I donât bury my nose into the lid to find out). It keeps your hand from being burned from the hot liquid inside. The coffee stays hot as I drink it. It can cool off after a while, but itâs not a Yeti, so people need to understand that. This is a WONDERFUL ceramic glass and I plan on purchasing a couple more in case this one gets damaged from dropping. Great product! Better than stainless steel, paper or plastic.

Perfect coffee cup that is microwave safe. Lid fits top well. Also like the no slip grip comes with it. Although I have to admit the lid does have a bit of that newly manufactured chemical smell. Other than that it works well for making coffee or tea on the go. I think the all black design is very nice.

I love them !
Iâve been using these and dishwashering them for a year now, and they are holding up well. The covers still fit snugly and do not leak. And they are soft on the lips and teeth, unlike hard plastic and metal mugs and covers. The glazed mug interiors have remained effortlessly stain free. I do wish I could figure out how to remove the coffee and tea stains that have slowly accumulated on the covers over time, but they do not impede functionality.

Great idea, but with serious (resolvable design flaws).
I have a bunch of these, they are pretty good overall but there is a serious design flaw that makes them borderline-obnoxious to deal with: There is a small pinhole in the bottom, which I presume is there to allow the air in the double-wall chamber to expand and contract when the cup is filled with cold/hot beverages. The problem is: there is only one of these holes, and it is very tiny. Tiny enough to allow liquid to enter when you are washing them (either by hand or by machine). The result is that there is *always* liquid inside the air-chamber in the cup, and it will leak out ever-so-slowly all over your lap as you drink your coffee or whatnot. The leak is very slow, so you won’t be able to just shake all the water out unless you are very patient.I fixed the problem with a ceramic drill: make two holes, of adequate size to allow water to enter and leave the cup very rapidly, so that you can wash and drain them in seconds. This is the way they should come from the factory. If you aren’t willing to drill out the holes so that you can empty the air chamber of water after cleaning them: they will drip water constantly.

Fits in Hotel Coffeemakers!
I bought this for traveling to hotels so I wouldn’t waste their paper or foam cups and it paid off. I also bought a holster (for lack of a better term) to carry it on my backpack and the combo has become one of my most used travel items. Taking it on planes has given me good fresh tea that I can take with me after the flight. (Not to mention having space to cool it down if need be.) Saves money at cafés that give discounts for bringing your own cup, and I’ve even used it as a bowl to warm soup in the microwave with.Yes, the lid did leak at first, but after a couple of uses that went away and the seal works really well. Easy to clean too.And yes, it did fit in the hotel coffeemaker. (At least the ones I’ve tried it with.)

The mug itself is a decent mug. If it has adouble wall, it provides little insulating capability. The lod however is horrible. Ihas asmell and taste that I can’t get rid of, even after many washings with different techniques. The taste and smell are so strong that they make me uncomfortable (sometimes nauseous). The mug functions as a basic mug but the lid is worthless, perhaps even unhealthy.

Cup was dirty when I opened the box (sticky residue and a hair inside) and the black paint on the outside has a tacky texture to it. It washed clean, but even after washing the cup, I put a fabric cozy around the cup and the fabric got stuck to the outside. Now my cup is covered in a layer of white fuzz just from putting a cozy on it. I haven’t tried to wash that off yet but it looks to be plastered to the outside of the cup. Just overall…this cup is gross.
