This handheld milk frother has a sleek premium look and is great and doing its intended tasks. I use this to mix supplements, froth milk, apply syrups like caramel up the side of my cup for a Starbucks experience at home. Havenât had an issues, very happy with this purchase.

Worked well for about 2 years. Then suddenly stopped. Zulay refunded my money. Great support.
Worked well for about 2 years. Then suddenly stopped. Then I recalled & confirmed that it had a lifetime warranty. So I wrote to the mfg. At first they seemed helpful, but they informed me that I’d have to pay shipping, est. at $4-6. But I can buy it again on AMZN for $7-9. I almost gave up, but explained how it didn’t make sense for me to do that. To my pleasant surprise, they refunded the original purchase price to my AMZ account. Bottom line: excellent service. Will consider them again in the future.

Best steamer/frother ever!
I bought this milk steamer/frother to replace an old CBTL frother. I thought I loved the old one, until I got this one!! This device has four different options (hot foam/froth, cold foam/froth, hot steamed milk, and steamed milk and chocolate). Each of the settings only take a few minutes, and it runs so quietly that you can barely hear it!! (My old one was loud). On the chocolate setting, you can add chocolate chips or chopped pieces of chocolate and they are melted and blended into the smoothest drinks. It is easy to clean and even has “hooks” under the lid to store the whisk when not in use. This is one of my favorite purchases. I have never been disappointed by this brand (Zulay Kitchens). And they have excellent, prompt customer service (I emailed a question and received a timely, thoughtful reply). I highly recommend this milk steamer/frother.

NO STENCILS!!!
The batteries were difficult to insert, the item works great but for some reason NO STENCILS were included. Donât feel like returning it but if you could send those four stencils Iâll change my review..

This product is excellent in speed, I bought the orange colour and love it, it froths milk really fast, you can also use it for hot chocolate or cocoa plus the froth helps your beverage stay hot longer.The button is easy to press, no spillage if you handle it properly and don’t fill your cup before using you’ll be fine.

Excellent frother, super easy to use for an easier morning.
I’ve used handheld and machine frother before, but this one makes it so easy in my morning routine to make sure I have a delicious cup of coffee. I start with espresso or dark roast, a shot of creamer, a shot of half and half. Pour to the mid line for froth, and in a minute or two, you have perfect froth and perfect hot milk (drinkable instantly, no need to wait depending on your sensitivity to hot liquids).This frother is temperamental as other frothers are with the type of milk you use, and it also differs on which farms whole milk. I’ve found lesser whole milks will not froth well at all, and some will give you too much with very little leftover milk. This is not the fault of the machine, but of the fat content in the milk, as all whole milks are most definitely not created equal. Allow a minute for the foam to set with the top off if you want stiffer foam, pour immediately for a looser foam.I’ve also made individual hot chocolate in it and it works very well ( I have not used chocolate pieces but only powdered cocoa, sugar, vanilla, pinch of salt, and whole milk). This came out super hot as it allows for time for all ingredients to mix properly.Top line measures to 1 cup of milk, perfect for a serving of hot cocoa.This thing has been used daily in my home, is very quick to clean, and quick to dry. I feel I already got my money’s worth, and for the price, it’s very well worth it.

Key notes : customer service is amazing.Milk frother is STRONG!Easy to clean, takes rechargeable batteries and has a nice strip of ribbon to help get batteries out.My original purchase stopped working after the first few days, and I went through a troubleshoot with the company and after that not working, they sent out a replacement of my choice. To make up for the problem, they included extra in my package, which I really appreciate. Even a hand written note!The new frother I got has been working as it should. Definitely froth your milk THEN add it in your cup of whatever, because the motor is a beast.I used to buy those cheap IKEA frothers and every 6 months or so theyâd break down and I was over it. This has been a worthy replacement and will be my go to for myself and gifts for others.The turn around time to get a response and plan of action with warranty issues is incredibly fast. This company stands by their product and makes sure the customer is happy with their purchase.I highly recommend this company, with real people, actual solutions, and a good product.
