Easy to use and espresso is amazing!
This machine is so easy to use. As with any espresso machine, there is a bit of a learning curve to get the perfect brew, but so far I am loving it. The tamper is metal not plastic, it comes with the frothing pitcher and 2 double insulated espresso cups. Cleaning looks easy as well. Great instruction manual.

Comparable to the most sold Espresso Machine on Amazon
To me, this is a Breville dupe. It preforms really well so far. It takes a little bit to play with the grind and get the perfect recipe, but once youâre there itâs super easy. Heats up really fast and comes with everything you need (other than the coffee!) Really satisfied with the machine so far.

Faulty Product
This was a wedding present to me and within a couple uses the steam wand became faulty. I was pleased that, though out of the return window, Zulay would repair the machine if I paid for shipping. Given the cost of the machine, I chose to spend the approx $50 to ship back. This was returned to me ârepairedâ however the issue was not fixed. I then requested an exchanged, to which they had granted and paid for shipping, only to be questioned due to them finding âa lot of missing screwsâ. I had never removed screws inside the machine – nor would I know how. Eventually they did exchange the machine, however within 2 uses the steam wand again had issues. I have requested a refund however they are only offering 50%. Given the money my husband had for the cost of the machine plus costs of shipping I have in it and repetitive issues, 50% is ridiculous. I will not be buying anything from this company again.

Works great.
Overall, great product. Wish it had the attachment for the grinding cup and tamper handle. Can get messy when grinding. Still makes a great espresso and fast.

Great lil machine
This was an expensive purchase and so far its been great with one downside. This thing leaks badly. All features work well and it makes a great espresso but the liquid catch tray leaks badly, like all over the counter badly. Seems like there is much room for improvement on this machine. I suspect where the excess water drips into the catch tray, there should be an O-ring seal to prevent leaking. But, then they would probably charge and extra $200 for that so… I just use paper towels to sop up the leaks. Other than that… great machine.

Failed after 4 months
Was told even tho 1 year warranty I had to pack pay for shipping insurance etc. take photos and videos before shipping. Was told by UPS postage alone would be 90 plus dollars not including insurance and packaging. Why would I spend another good hundred after a bad 400.00 that didn’t even last half warranty period. Such bad customer service I can’t even believe it. In shock.how do I know it’s not going to fail again? How do u not back your high end product better than that. Never ever waste your money on this company.
