Donât buy. Leaked after a year and half.
What can I say- a year and a half later it started leaking a lot out the bottom. Didnât treat it badly- just sat there and made hot water. Bad quality.

Nice stainless pot. Not too heavy, not too light.
Well built for the price. I like stainless over aluminum. This is not too heavy and not too light either. Medium brewing speed but the coffee is well brewed when it is done. The gauge on the front is very handy as well.

Run quietly & get the water super hot!
I bought this when my old hot water urn died. The old one sounded like an airport when heating the water. This one runs so quietly that it’s a pleasure! It also gets the water super hot, even hotter than the 5-gallon water dispensers to which I have access in various places. This means that my rejuvenating cups of coffee and tea stay hotter longer and can be savored for more time. The large capacity of this urn means that I have plenty of piping hot water to serve my friends and family as we enjoy treasured time together. I highly recommend this urn.
