7 Star 420 Stainless Burr: Zalnuuk coffee grinder uses the special 38mm 7 star 420 stainless steel burr, the cost is about 20 times that of a ceramic burr. Compared with the 5 star burr, the texture is harder, the grinding speed is faster, more durable, the fine powder rate is low, and the uniformity is better
External Adjustable Design: Our coffee grinder only takes one turn to meet the needs of the whole field of grinding, Designed like a camera lens, the adjustment is smooth and the sound feedback is full of mechanical feeling. Advice: Espresso (2-3), Mocha (3-4), Pour-over Coffee (5-8), French Press (8-9)
Well Labor Saving Performance: The larger walnut handle is easier to hold and has more texture than the plastic handle, making your grip more comfortable. The curved rod design makes grinding easier and more friendly for female friends. Upgraded magnetic design, even if your coffee grinder upside down will not easily leak, you do not need to worry about coffee beans spilled on the floor
Nice Gift: Full body aviation aluminum metal material, walnut handle, 7 star stainless steel grinding inner core, external design, three-bearing fixation make Zalnuuk manual coffee grinder more texture, which is not only your quality coffee companion, but also your friends and family members excellent gift
Tips:In order to avoid sticking, the 0-1 area is a no-grinding area, you can use a brush to clean, do not use water cleaning. If you have any questions, you can check the included user manual, and 24 hours customer services and professional technology team are standing by

Works great
Grinds coffee just find and had no problem with it. Most a little water on the beans before hand makes a clean grind.

Easy to use with adjustable grind sizes, easy cleanup
This coffee grinder is easy to use and allows me to adjust the grind size to exactly what I need. It can produce anything from a fine powder to a coarse grind for a coffee maker. I typically go for something in between. The grinding handle is simple to operate, though it gets a bit tougher when grinding finer, but it’s still pretty quick as long as you’re not making large quantities. It’s easy to fill, and the bottom compartment that catches the grounds is easy to remove. Cleaning is quick and itâs compact for easy storage. Iâve started grinding my own coffee beans for pour-over filtering, and while itâs not quite the same as my usual instant coffee, itâs a more affordable alternative. Plus, it gives me the flexibility to experiment with different grind sizes and mixing flavors if I ever want to.

Detailed Review and Comparison
It is a good time to be a coffee lover because there are several high-end grinders coming to the market. What used to be a specialty hobby is now accessible to the masses because a good grind is more affordable and accessible than ever. I have personally tested well over a dozen hand coffee grinders and this one from Zanuuk ranks slightly better than the middle of the pack. Let me tell you what is great about it and then point you to just a few better options if you want to spend more money. First, here is what I like about this grinder.THE GOOD- It is SO EASY to adjust grind size. There are number and notches on the outside. It takes no disassembly to turn and adjust. It stays in place where you put it. Also, you do not have to count turns nor remember where you are. This adjustment is better than 90% of grinders out there! The mechanism reminds me of the way the very expensive 1Zpresso grinders works. So great.- There are plenty of increments to adjust too. Remember that each number on the dial has 10 adjustments in between. For example, the instructions say that a pour-over is between 5 and 8. This makes 30 grind settings just for a pour-over! By the way, my city roast of a Mexican bean was dialed in at 5.8 for a single-cup pour-over.- Fairly good grind for every brew method. It is rare to have a grinder that does well at espresso, pour-overs and French press. This one does decent at all of them. There are also certainly enough fine adjustment increments to dial in an espresso. It also does well for French press.- There are very few fines. Though I did find the grind consistency to be not as good as promised (see attached photos).- Very smooth turning with a solid shaft. Right up there with the best in this department.- The wooden knob is very comfortable.CAN YOU GET BETTER?Yes, you certainly can buy better grinders but you can also do far worse. If you are new to grinding your own coffee or if you are still using a ceramic burr hand grinder, then this one is a good place to start. Though, the X6 Pro from Star Nebula gives a better and more consistent medium grind for the same price. If you are doing espresso then I would recommend spending twice the money and get the version 3 Normcore grinder with the 46mm burr. The larger diameter burr, the better it is for espresso. Though, neither of these grinders have as good of a mechanism to make adjustments.CONCLUSIONIn the end, this is a solid grinder for the money. After all, it does have 7 stars on the burr. Does this really make a difference? In my experience it has few fines as promised but the consistency otherwise is just slightly above average. For the price this is a nice high-end grinder with a world class adjustment mechanism. You can and will get good tasting coffee from this.

Very nice quality
Pros:> All metal build quality feels really nice> This is the first of these types of coffee grinds I’ve used that has the adjustment dial easily accessible on the outside. It has a satisfying click as you adjust it too. Overall it makes swapping and remembering your settings way easier than having to tighten the burr then count clicks outwards.> Great size, can fit 20g of beans> Grind consistent seems pretty good. I have a Timemore C2 as well as another all-metal hand grinder and in general they are all pretty consistent.Cons:> When trying to take the bottom container off, I accidentally spun the wrong section that is somehow tied to the adjustment dial. It loosened slightly until I got to the limit of the adjustment dial. It’s a bit hard to explain but basically I wanted to take the bottom off but spun the wrong part instead so I need to pay attention to what part of the grinder I’m loosening. It’s easy to get used to and overall this feels like a premium product.

Good grinder, burrs came slightly misaligned
This is a great entry-level grinder, and I was able to make good espresso with it. It feels very nice in the hand, a premium experience a step above your average beginner espresso grinder from a larger manufacturer. However, I did notice the burrs were slightly misaligned – on lower grind settings, when the burrs were just kissing each other (not to the point of damage!) there would be a slight unevenness in the sound as it rotated.
