Nice Sampler
Despite not liking all of the flavors in this sample box, the idea of the box was so nice as I got to try some flavors I would possibly not want a whole box of! Iâve shared some with friends and family as well. Itâs a great calming blend.

Good herbal tea
These taste good if you’re not looking for a very strong taste. I’ve bought them from the grocery store so I knew what I was getting. I like that they have no caffeine and I don’t need to add sugar, so I can drink them at bedtime. I think the one with Kava actually does help with relaxation. This is a good choice if you just need a hot bedtime cup to sip from instead of a bowl of ice cream. A healthier alternative for me, which is why I chose it.
