The perfect tumbler.
Iâve been drinking coffee in (and out) of travel mugs for over 15 years. Travel mugs have always been a tradeoff between keeping your coffee hot and fresh, and smelling (or even tasting) gross old coffee.Itâs always been a necessary evil to have hot coffee on the go.Almost every travel mug Iâve ever used has eventually produced gross flavors and scents that are tough to get rid of. Dishwasher, vigorous hand-washing, barkeepers friend, vinegar, etc. all have underwhelming results in eliminating the odor and flavor of old coffee. If your mug has silicone sealing rings, you can bake them in the oven to finally get rid of it, but theyâll come back before long and itâs a hassle to deal with. Sometimes those oils even penetrate the plastic lids on travel mugs and theyâll smell gross no matter what you do. Then youâre looking at a replacement lid (or just throwing the whole thing out).This Yeti tumbler is the only travel mug Iâve found that just doesnât hold onto those flavors and odors. If you keep it clean, you can easily drink water or beer from it and have no idea that itâs usually used for coffee. This is what you want.The size is great. Itâs insanely durable. The lid is very easy to take apart and clean thoroughly. It can tip over briefly without spilling all over the place. The magnetic slider is simple and easy to operate with one hand and removing it for cleaning is a breeze (obviously).The biggest problem you might have is that your piping hot coffee might still be too hot to drink after an hour or so if you keep the lid closed. This thing takes forever to cool down, but the times where you take a nap or have to run an emergent errand and you return to fresh coffee at the perfect temperature, youâll be thankful for that. Itâs glorious.Yes, itâs relatively expensive. Yes, the Yeti brand is aimed at Salt Life bros with Costa sunglasses and cargo shorts. But the product speaks for itself. Itâs the best on the market.

hot stays hot / cold stays cold
I bought my first YETI cup a few years ago, I had forgotten to bring my tumbler to work, and needed some thing to keep my drink in. I thought it would be like other “thermal” cup after an hour or so that my cold drink would turn warm, or my hot coffee would get cold. NOT YETI, I had poured coffee into it, had taken a few drinks before we got busy. I came back expecting cold coffee. Three hours later, the coffee was surprisingly still hot and enjoyable. YETI makes a great product.

Trusted brand! Great product!
Keeps things hot for longer then knock off brands. Same goes for keeping cool. My daily driver for coffee every morning on way to work.

Great tumbler!
I rarely write reviews, but I’m really happy with this tumbler.I’ve bought lots of different tumblers and wasn’t happy with them, until I got to this one.I recommend 100% if you’re looking for a tumbler that keeps it hot, doesn’t leak, and is easy to clean.

YETI never disappoints. A great cup, fits well in my cup holder in the car, keeps hot hot and cold cold. I even still had ice in my cup the next morning.
