Great shape and itâs ceramic!
Iâm new to the mate journey, so I wanted a mate that would look traditional but without the curing and extra care at first. This mate checks it all. It fits in your hand nicely (although warm if water is at 77 C) holds a good amount of Yerba for long sessions. Iâm in the US and shipping was fast, giving theyâre shipping from the UK. It took 9 days from placing the order to delivery. Cleaning is easy too! A little on the spendy side but in my opinion, worth it. Iâd buy it again.

Only gourd I ever need.
Very good, authentic, and awesome mate. Shape is really cool & has a “masculine” feel to it. Bomba is really easy to use and rarely clogs. Easy to clean. Not too heavy, but solid

Nice cup and bombilla, not so much the thermos
The cup and bombilla in this bundle were fine, but I regret ordering the thermos. The spout only opens half way and you get an erratic trickle of water. I guess that this works to some extent since you don’t want to drench your yerba mate, but wouldn’t it be better to be able to keep the spout at an angle for a trickle, but also be able to open it fully for a regular pour? I thought it was defective, so the seller sent me a new spout, but it was the same thing. I tried explaining the issue to them, but they don’t seem to understand, so I gave up. I personally would recommend passing on the thermos.

The cup and thermos are nice and work well, but a bombilla was not provided despite being in the listing and pictures.
