Great tea shelving unit!
This tea shelf unit is exactly what I needed. It helped me free up space in my cupboard by having a neat, compact space for my teas on the wall in my kitchen. Also, I think we will use the tea more now that it is in open view. I was a bit hesitant after reading some reviews from people having a difficult time putting it together. Here is what I would like to say: 1) It doesn’t come assembled because that would take up shipping space and cost more to ship. 2) It is not that difficult to put together. I did it with a hand screwdriver and by myself (I am 66 years old), and it took me about 35 minutes. You must be patient and follow the diagram exactly. I put in one piece incorrectly, but it was because I wasn’t paying full attention — not because the directions were bad. 3) It is well-built – the parts fit nicely together, and it is sturdy. What helped me to put it together fairly easily was to have good lighting to line up the screw holes well. I used my headband flashlight. But even the flashlight on an iPhone works. Good lighting made it easy to line up the screw holes correctly. Once I had one screw well secured, the rest followed fairly easily. Oh, and someone complained that it was too tall for regular tea bags. The height makes sense if you want to stack them and have enough room to reach your hand in and pull out a tea bag. I am very happy with the product! I would buy it again, but I don’t need more than 15 types of tea at one time (lol)!

Really great organizer
Overall, would definitely recommend this buy. It stores all of my teabags perfectly, also works fine with oatmeal packs and hot chocolate packets. It’s a really lovely piece for my little tea corner in the kitchen.It is a little difficult to build yourself, and not all the holes lined up correctly with all the sides, but being a handy person, I had no problems. Really great quality bamboo as well.

Nice – but for the average person, probably difficult to assemble
Luckily I am someone who grew up working on houses, because the assembly was tricky. It is a nice enough product but a bit clunky. For how I wanted to use the finished product it works – I have it in my pantry, all three stacked. The material is thin and cracks easily. The tiny screws were cheap and three of them broke off in the wood. The pre-drilled holes for the screws didnt line up well, so I needed a drill instead of screwdriver. The plexiglass panels had wrapping that was difficult to remove. But! With all that being said, I am happy with it. If you aren’t handy, this is not a good item for you. It isn’t Ikea style assembly, it is a bit more haphazard than that.

Difficult to assemble, beautiful when done
First the positives, because despite the negatives I would buy again…This organizer is really beautiful. The materials are sturdy, and I think it’ll last forever. Each slot holds a full box of tea, which is so nice! No more box full of 1/3 used containers stashed in the cupboard like in my old organizer. It disassembles easily so you can wipe down all the pieces and keep it nice and clean. Also, because you can pull off the top tiers, it’s easy to restock the teas from the back so you’re using the freshest stuff first. I put two different teas in the top slots so that guests can easily see the color change to know there are more options which have me the ability to have 20 selections. (Overkill I know, but I love my tea and coffee bar!)For the negatives…A little thing that is annoying is that the top two tiers don’t click into place, so while they stack nicely, with any forward pressure they slide out of place. If you mount them on a wall this wouldn’t be an issue, though. The biggest issue of all is the assembly. It is a major pain and took forever. I didn’t feel like the instructions were a big issue, but you do want to pay attention. There are right side pieces, left side pieces, and although they look nearly identical, there are specific pieces for the bottom tier. If you don’t use them in the right places, you cannot assemble the organizer. More difficult is that the pilot holes are not big enough. When we tried to assemble the first one we got, the screws were literally breaking. We had to send it back and get a new one, drill the holes larger, then assemble it. If you don’t have a drill, you could potentially buy narrower screws. Either way, it was a major pain.All that said, the price made it worth the hassle, and the finished product is the best option I’ve found for a fictional and esthetically pleasing tea organizer.

Sturdy, beautiful, and a bit time consuming
This tea organizer is big enough to hold about 15 boxes worth of tea bags (3 rows of 5 compartments). It’s sturdy and made of beautiful bamboo, and the acrylic dividers look to be of high quality and won’t bend or break. It does come in pieces and took me about 30 minutes to put together with a screw driver (which isn’t included). The pieces are pre-drilled, which made it easy. I like that this can be used as both a wall mounted and a desktop version, and the three pieces don’t necessarily have to be stacked. Very nice way to organize tea for someone who loves variety like me!

While the shelves are nice and decently-made, the whole thing can be a bit of a pain to actually set up. Still, as far as tea organizers go, you could do a whole lot worse.

Excellent product. I was surprisingly amazed at the quality and the ease of assembly. I had ordered this for my office client lounge. Will definitely recommend people to go for it blindly.
